I decided to devote this year to developing my own style that I'm comfortable with drawing. Anyways, this is the first complete sketch I did after coming out of my art slump. She's meant to be looking over her shoulder but my anatomy sucks and it just looks like it's dislocated. xD

For starters, her ear, nose, and especially eyes are too big. I like the colors you chose for her skin/eyes, but her hair seems too bright. The shading you've gotten done so far seems nice, but it can be a bit hard to see, so you might want to make it so there is slightly more contrast between normal color and shading.

As for the head-over-shoulder thing, it looks dislocated because the human head simply can't turn that far. We should be seeing some of the back of her head, not a 3/4 frontal view of it. I hope that helps.

As for your own style, well, I can't help you with that, as it's something you'll have to discover on your own, I guess. I would like to say, though, that depending on how serious you are about drawing, you should spend some time doing life drawings/croquis/etc. before you start working on your style. I only started just recently, and I really regret not starting sooner, because you do get a lot better by drawing real people again and again.

Pretty much this. You should start by drawing irl people, get better, and then work on your own style.
