Truth through time.

"Haha, nothing, don't worry, I was only having a bit of fun." She smirked. "So......why did you come to me?"

 

"Okay then..." He paused, "Because you seemed like you'd understand and would act wisely." He said telling her only part of the reason.

 

"..Is that right?" She said, looking at Tom. She had a feeling he was hiding something, but then again, he would be hiding alot of things from her right now.

 

Tom nodded slowly and looked down. After going through all this before and planning it all out, he was still left unsure what to say.

 

Rita sighed and looked down at the ground. Wondering what Tom was thinking...not to mention hiding!

OOC: Are we ever going to progress with the Drake, Eliza and Gabriel segment? xD

 

OOC: I'm still waiting for TN to post. (Page 34, admittedly my last post as Eliza was very short and uneventful)

BIC: Tom suddenly looked at his watch, "I can't stay long, time isn't on our side. You've got to be careful, don't tell the others about me, and oh, nearly forgot, please don't get killed."

 

"Got'cha, later!" Rita smiled at him.

 

ooc: sorry, I completely forgot about it, honestly, I've been pretty distracted.

bic: Gabriel shook his head at his brother and started to walk away again, "Just go home Drake. You've no buisness with me anymore. Go get your fun from the current me, huh?"

Drake snarled again, "YOU....you think that just because I live in this time that I belong here? Do you really think this is what happened? How many times have I relived this moment only until this year to find you stalking around here." His yellow eyes dulled back to the dark blue and his wings returned to the lovely black/blue. "I cannot believe you'd be so dense Gabriel. You remember the powers I was born with. You know exactly what I'm capable of!"

 

Eliza breathed deeply and slowly, trying to just keep calm as she walked with Gabriel. Her grip on him got tighter, with Drake unpredictable like this, she wanted to be certain that they were untouchable.

Tom smiled knowingly and vanished.

Before re-appearing a few seconds later, "Oh, do you want a lift down from this roof?"

 

"Uhh, yeah...kinda..."

 

Tom nodded, put a hand on her shoulder and in an instant they had teleported down and were now standing outside the building. "Be careful" Tom told her before vanishing.

 

Gabriel glared at Drake and glanced at Eliza, "Drake, I suggest you keep that kind of information to yourself. If blood means anything to you, you'd keep your mouth shut or our promise is nullified from here on out."

Drake's eyes softened and he relaxed, watching them walk away, "Thank you brother."

 

Eliza frowned, quite confused at what had just happened. Why after all that build up, Drake had simply calmed down and walked off. She had the feeling she was missing part of the story but she didn't have the right to know all this anyway, so settled for being confused. She kept her hold on Gabriel, just incase but loosened her grip feeling it less neccessary.

 

Gabriel smiled at her, "You don't have to do that anymore Eliza. We should be out of the woods now and we should find the others. Being split up this far in the past can't be good. We shouldn't linger any more than we have already."

 

Eliza nodded and removed her hand, "If your sure, I just wanted to be careful. And yeah, you're probably right but any ideas on how to find the others?"

 

Gabriel frowned in thought, "Hmm, going back to where we left them is a good start." He rubbed the back of his head and glanced behind him, looking for the retreating form of his brother. Drake was long gone.

 

OOC - Okay, I admit, I gave up on the thread. I waited two weeks for someone to post before I gave up. (Admittedly, this thread was the only reason I came on KHVids)

BIC - Amatae leaned on a wall, making small drafts of wind float over her to keep her cool.

 

Rita made her way back over to Amatae, "Hey"

 

Amatae looked up, pulling at her gloves and giving a smile. "Hey, where did you pop off to?"

 

Drake's fury hadn't really ended. He lingered near a church roof. Folding his large bat wings around the cross and narrowing his yellow eyes down at Amatae and Rita. He had no clue who they were, but at least his powers could probe their memories without Gabriel around. Visions of Gabriel and Sorcha, Amatae and Pierce, Rita and her child. All their memories flooded Drake's mind and he lurched backwards. Drake hadn't been in any one of their memories. They'd known Gabriel and Sorcha, but not him? His fingers broke the cross as he tried to grasp what it would mean. Could he not be in the future anymore?
