Truth through time.

Rita took several deep breaths, relaxing all her muscles until she was totally in the zone. "Right....so who are you?!" She turned to the guy.

 

Gabriel kept them walking even as he heard Drake's unearthly shriek. Gripping Eliza's arm to keep her from looking back, he pulled her along."

He didn't like people walking away from him. He didn't want his brother to take the pretty angel away from him. Before he could regain his composure, a shriek came from his mouth and he flew up into the clouds. Though they weren't his powers, lightning cracked around him and formed a strange bow and arrow type weapon. Aiming the lightning arrow at Gabriel, he shot.

 

Eliza kept walking, making sure she didn't look back but she didn't feel safe from what was going on behind her, so she made a choice. She gripped Gabriel's hand to make sure they did not break contact and concentrated. She wasn't sure if Gabriel would feel this but she made them both intangliable, nothing could touch them instead it would go straight through them. They were now like ghosts, not connected any more to the physical world, though there was no change to their appearence. Drake would not be able to see what she had done. She wasn't sure how long she could keep someone else like this but hopfully long enough to get away from Drake.

Tom looked up at Rita, "My name is insignificant, though you may call me Tom. Let's just say I have an interest in your well being."

 

Drake's lightning arrow speared through Gabriel, thanks to Eliza's power and slammed into the ground. Gabriel stopped and stared at it, "What the...?"

Drake snarled in frustration, the woman must have been protecting him. Lightning formed another arrow and he dropped in front of them, yellow eyes blazing and what was once beautiful black/blue feathered wings were now pure black and scarred bat wings. "How dare you walk away from your own brother! How dare you ignore the wrath of Sangre!"

Gabriel narrowed his eyes, "We don't have time for your spanish jibberish, Drake. Your wrath of blood, isn't what's important now. Why don't you just flutter away on your inferior body and leave me alone."

"Inferior...so the truth comes out. I knew you hated me. Just because I was born from Hades' wife instead of your beautiful mother! So what if I'm not pure angel. I'm not angel at all and perfectly fine with it! Being a demon is better for my health anyway!" His hands tried to wrap around Gabriel's throat but they passed right through him.

 

Eliza looked at Drake though with more of a dazed look than everything else, she just was making sure she kept them untouchable.

 

Rita frowned at Tom, "You what?"

 

Tom shrugged, "I care about what happens to you, simple"

 

:stupid: OOC - Ack! I'm so sorry! My wifi wasn't working on monday or tuesday, my dad ripped it out and I've had to wait until today to get a new broadband because 'it's so busy' that Sky can't send out new ones via post, they have to deliver in person:/gasp: >.< What have I missed?!

 

OOC: Lol, not much, Rita wondered away from Ammy as she wouldn't reply and ran into Tom Blade, a mysterious person who seems to care for the groups 'well being'. And Gabriel and Eliza nearly got skewered by a giant bolt of lightning.

OOC: Y'know, I can't find An angels fight anywhere....

"...Ok..." Rita replied slowly, "And, how do you know us exactly?"

 

Tom smirked, "Well, that would be telling but I suppose you'll find out soon enough"

 

"...Just who are you anyway!?"

 

"As I said you may call me Tom though my name does not matter. Forgive me for the secrecy but it is neccessary" He said with a slight bow of his head.

 

"Right...and this secrecy is required why exactly?" She asked, hoping he might slip up and say something accidentally.

 

OOC: You do realise the secrecy is because I haven't actually decided where this is going yet?

Tom laughed, "You'll find out in due time but for now it's better that you don't know"

 

OOC: Haha, oops.

BIC: "...Whatever you say." Rita said looking to the distance to see if she could spot the others.

 

"You mustn't tell the others about me, not yet" Tom said quite sternly.

 

"Oooh, let me guess, there's this huge plot twist going to happen and then you become the hero and join us on our epic quest to do whatever!?" Rita said sarcastically, breaking the Fourth Wall

 

Tom raised an eyebrow and gave Rita a funny look, "What are you talking about? You're not making any sense." Internally, he began to have slight doubts about choosing Rita.
