Well, for me there's a lot to like. The fact that it's done by the same writer/artist team of Death Note. How it's shonen without necessarily being shonen. The love story, while cheesy, is actually sweet. I guess what I really like about Bakuman is the attitude of the two main guys. They are willing to go through any lengths to make their dreams a reality. At a certain point, it doesn't become about fulfilling the promise, but just so they can do what they love. That kind of story always sticks with me.

I would cut off their hand so I wouldn't have to be chained to them for a week or just kill them. Whichever is easiest.

 

Honestly, I'd just go out and pay for a ton of chicken, steak, pasta and rice. My grandma makes the best home-cooked comfort food, and if I just had a huge feast of her stuff, I'd be happy. ( also, i'm so sorry for being late to answer this )
