Well, I don't really have any favorites, so I'll just answer the last three.

If I loved them enough, I would probably stay with them regardless. It'd be kind of weird. and we'd have a lot of talking to do. But I couldn't just ragequit.

To be serious, collectively I think they are some of the best people I have ever met, online and off. They are a riot to hang out with, and when it comes to getting things done, whilst still goofing around from time to time, staff does do quite a bit of work I would have never guessed they did, and the way they all work to keep the site together and running, and events to keep members happy...it's inspiring, really.

As for strictness, I would say they give everyone an equal chance. Believe it or not, it's usually quite a bit of discussion to ensure everyone agrees on an actin to take against a misbehaved member, and there are times where someone proposes something strict and others were someone proposes something too lenient. But overall, I would say it is fair and equal, and you all (and us included) do get a decent amount of warnings before action is taken.

@Terra; You can change it, yes. You need 300 posts and a certain amount of reputation to change your name completely, but fixing a mistake or changing the capitalization (in this regard) should not count. You should be able to do that now.
