Blew off Rissy recently, actually. Feel like a complete heel. I mean the lowest of the low. I'm still not sure how it happened, I guess I didn't have the words to comfort her so I shied away from it like a coward. Sort of led to a downward spiral of me pushing people away and feeling bad for hurting them.
