You are a hero. What is your villain like?

A) Greedy, spiteful, not very powerful, but has his grubby mitts on everything. Detestable, but so integrated into the system and power structure that to kill or even ruin him would ruin many innocent lives.
B) Your evil half. Represents everything you hate, yet you can only seem to defeat him by resorting to the same dirty tactics as him, by embracing your dark side.
