Ten favourite members on KHV,and why.

 

Ooh, tough one... Give me a little while, I'll edit this post with my answers as soon as I'm done.

EDIT: Alright, so I'm supposed to give a list of my ten favorite people and why. I have them in no particular order, I'll just write about them as I think about them.

Spoiler: DarkTraitor

1. DarkTraitor. He is, to all extents and purposes, my best friend. We dissagree on some things, but underneath it all, we're very alike and it's always been easy for me to talk to him. He's got a funny sense of humor, and a good heart, and all in all, I think he's a really caring person. I've never had a best friend I trust as much as I trust DT, and it's refreshing to be able to have such trust in a person. He likes Star Wars and we've made plans to lightsaber duel if we ever meet someday, and I look forward to that someday with anticipation. It's been a long time since I had a challenge. XD

2. Loxare, my first mate. Loxare is a sweet but sassy person, able to hold her own in any given situation. I've never seen her be rude or mean to anybody, and whenever anybody is rather snooty towards her, I haven't ever seen her lose patience or get angry with them. I think she understands what really matters, she's not gonna comprimise her standards, but she chooses her battle wisely.

I love how she teases her brother, Lesumax, and I think it shows that she really cares about him as a brother, and it also shows the strong bonds between siblings, they can make fun of eachother mercilessly, and still come out friends.

3. Mike. When I first joined KHV, back in 09, I think, I came only for the cutscene archive. I didn't go to the forums, I didn't do anything, I only came to download videos. One of his reports, however, caught my eye. I don't remember which one it was, but I read it and then I went to Mike's profile.

Even though I knew absolutely nothing about him, I started to sort of look up to him, merely because of his report. I think it was because I saw that somebody around my age (He's a little older than me, but still) could be something, even if that something was just (at the time) a reporter for a gamer's forums. He inspired me to try and make something of myself. I didn't get very far, being lazy and all that, but he got me to try.

Even now, now that I know him a little better, he inspires me to try and reach for what I want, to not give up and lose confidence because it's a hard goal. There are a few things he says that I dissagree with, but all around, he still is a very inspirational person, and I respect him for it.

4. Tummer is a guy that I've looked up to longer than just about anybody here, with the exception of Mike. Once I started to step slowly into the forums, and I stuck only to the Roleplaying arena and the groups page, I saw that he started a group in the groups section called "The Ministry of KH-Vids." He invited me because I was already a member of the group "The Christians of KH-Vids," so I went and checked it out. It was a great idea, even if it never got very far. I agreed with most of his statements, and I joined.

For me, it's always refreshing to meet somebody who believes the same thing I do, and I respect him for standing up about his faith online. It's all too easy to just stay silent and never tell anyone your opinions, for fear they will dislike you for it, and Tummer showed me that I can be a Christian without fear of being rejected, that I can have friends who believe differently than I do and still keep my principles through it all. In other words, he showed me that I can join in and make friends without having to conform.

5. Makaze annoys me to all get out and frustrates the life out of me. He is rude, very outspoken, and has a tendancy to demand that people change trivial things like font and color to suit his pickiness and opinions. He has vast ammounts of knowledge, but lacks the wisdom to use this knowledge to its full capacity, and is so proud of his knowledge that he seems to think that common sense is unneccessary, because he is so smart about facts.

He is very intolerant towards christianity, and has called me stupid by choice for believing it. He is extremely selfish and has freely admitted that he only deals with people as long as they are of some use to him. He also accused me without reason of sending him a less-than-pleasent message in the postbox once, and claims to know a lot of things about me that he doesn't. In fact, he's been dead wrong about every supposition he's made regarding my personal convictions, my homelife, my personality type, and my character.

That all being said, he is on this list as one of my favorite KHV members, and I'm not exactly sure why. If he reads this, he'll probably try to attribute it to how I must deep down really know that he is right, and he will most likely start to try and debate with me about how christianity is more intolerant than those who intolerate it, and he might even try and say that wisdom and knowledge are the same thing, even though they aren't, and he will use a lot of big words and fancy phrases that make it seem like he knows what he's talking about, and he will probably win the debate before it starts because I refuse to argue with him, and forfeit means he wins by default.

But still, he's a very funny and sarcastic individual, and those two combined create a humor that I simply cannot dissagree with, and he all the time is saying the things that I wish I could say, but don't because I don't like to hurt people's feelings.

He has the potential to change the world, though to what he might change it to is up to him, and it actually kind of scares me to think what he could do to this place. He has the knowledge, the eloquency, and the charisma to become the President of the United States, if he really put his mind to it, or he could be the biggest criminal the country has ever seen and somehow keep his hands clean and get away with anything, taunting the law and the government because everyone knows it's him, but there's absolutely no proof.

All in all, Makaze made this list because no matter how hard I try, I just can't hate the guy, and although he doesn't have the same respect I gave to Tummer and Mike, or the same friendly connections I've made with DT and Loxare, or even the same family feel I have with a few others I'll get into later on, there's just something about him I like, and I was sad when he died in the "A dare for Midnight- a friendfic!" story.

6. Excasr. He is one of my closer friends, I think of him like he's my little brother. He's funny, he's a pretty nice kid, and I feel somewhat responsible for his welfare. lol, I know, it's crazy, but I've always had a tendancy to be concerned about family, you can ask any one of my real-life three sisters. It might be easier for you to ask jojojojo97, however, as she's actually a member. But anyway, I'm really impressed with how good his English is, seeing as how it's not even his first language, and I get really mad whenever someone makes fun of his spelling or grammar placement. Come on, people, how many of you can speak perfect Portuguese!?! Give the guy a break, I mean, really.

Also, whenever he's online really late for his timezone, it gets me worried, because it's very unhealthy to stay up extremely late and then wake up around noon the next day. I try not to worry about it, I try to just ignore it, 'cause he's thirteen, he can live life for himself, but I still cringe whenever he tells me that he was awake until 4AM last night. Call me overprotective, I don't care. But anyway, Excasr. He's on my list.

7. jojojojo97. You can tell that I don't have this in any particular order, because Jo's my all time favorite member. She's my real life little sister, and I loves her with all of my heart. She has a horrible temper, but she's learning to control it, and she's obsessed with Twilight, but I forgive her for it. XD She hardly ever gets online, and spends most of her freetime researching vampires on wikipedia. But she and I have a special connection, even more so than my other two sisters, because she and I are extremely alike.

Even though she's four years younger than me, we've been mistaken for twins before, which shows just how alike we are. (And also how much younger I appear than my age. XD) She and I have been through thick and thin together, we've crash-landed on the planet Hoth, survived an attack from millions of stormtroopers, and we've saved the galaxy more than once after putting it in peril in the first place. We had very overactive imaginations when we were younger, in case you couldn't tell.

Her lifelong dream is to be an author, which just so happens to be my dream as well, but she doesn't know that, because she has an inferiority complex and if she knew that I wanted to be an author too, she would give up because she thinks I write better than she does. Which I do, but she doesn't take into account that I have four years more experience than she does.

We like the same TV shows, we listen to the same music, we read the same books, (Except for Twilight) and sometimes, (and I know this sounds kinda wierd, but it's true) we've even been thinking the exact same thing at the same time, and we both laugh about it and neither of us has said a word. It confuses the people around us quite a bit. I know her so well that I usually can tell what her emotions are just by looking at her, and I can win guessing games against her (like rock-paper-scissors) because I can tell by her eyes what move she's going to make. She doesn't know me quite as well, but she's getting there. So, jojojojo97.

8. Jayn. I don't really think I need to give reasons, but I'll just go through the usual stuff, because she's so amazing that she deserves to read some of it, if she reads this. Jayn obviously cares about the community, and she does her best to be a friend to all. She runs the Roleplay idol, the KHV chorus, and I don't even really know everything else, but it seems that I see her name on almost everything, I can't go anywhere without seeing her pop up somewhere.

She's a pretty good composer musically, and I wish I had talent like hers. She's also pretty good at roleplay, showing that she's got some talent as a writer. She also is pretty good at drawing, as proved by the "Draw the user above you" thread. Her depiction of me was scarily accurate, and made me look over my shoulder more than once to see if she was behind me or something. So Jayn's an all around talented, caring person, and her username happens to be one of my favorite female names, I use it a lot in writing, I just spell it with an "e" on the end.

9. Mixt is a person I don't know really well, I haven't talked to him a lot, but I've roleplayed with him before, back when I wasn't very good. XD He's got quite a bit of talent for writing, he knows how to use words to their full potential. I'm not sure what his beliefs are, but I've seen throughout the forums that he's got good moral principles on quite a few issues, and I definitely respect him for that. It's not often these days to find people with good moral principles, and I think they're very important things to have.

Mixt is pretty funny, and he also has an element of sarcasm that shows itself from time to time. He, like Makaze, has said some things that I wanted to say but couldn't because I was afraid it might hurt somebody's feelings, although, not quite as often. There have been a few times that I would have repped him for his comments, except he disabled rep. So that didn't really work out. But anyway, Mixt.

10. Te Deum/tequila/Teddy is, like Excasr, somebody I consider to be a sort of little brother to me. We've talked a couple times, I think he's a pretty good kid, and he could grow up to be something greaat if he put his mind to it. I decided to put him in as the main character in my Percy Jackson-ish fanfic, partly because he was my secret Santa victim, and partly because I really thought he was a good enough kid to be the main character I hadn't been able to create on my own.

lol, ever since I started writing that book, he's been "Teddy" to me, no matter how hard I try to call him tequila, he's Teddy. However, I do feel bad that it's taking me so long to write it, and I've resolved to sit down sometime soon and finally finish chapter four, 'cause it's gonna be a good one. Teddy, if you're reading this, I just want to let you know that I haven't forgotten you, I'll get another chapter to you soon, hopefully.

Since the song form is kind of like a dare, I refuse to do that part. I did try, but I failed immensely at writing about my favourite people in lyrical form. I hope the below post will satisfy, I apologise for any grammatical or spelling errors I was in a bit of a hurry and I’m currently feeling unwell, sneezing and watery eyes everywhere.

Jayn - Her creativity and talent exceeds the limits I am used to seeing, both online and offline. And for that, I envy her somewhat. I feel as if every post she makes [outside the spamzone, obviously] had a lot of detail or thought put into it, her RP posts for example are incredible, a breath of fresh air from the painfully usual “___ did this and thatâ€. She is also, in my opinion, a very kind and caring person, all the Community projects she runs helps bring us all together and helps distinguish the animosity that some members have towards others and for that I am thankful and grateful. With all the work she does just to try make this place a little more active or a little bit more pleasant, she deserves some type of award! She is also, very strong. I understand she’s had to put up with a lot of stressful and hurtful crap lately but she’s pulled through, like a brave trooper. For this, I respect her a lot.

2.
What? – Oh, Ashwin or as he’s more commonly known to those outside Voxli/on the forum, What? He’s a true gentleman and defiantly one of my favourite members of the Forum. Mere words or any sort of communicational tool cannot express my fondness for the lad and all his shenanigans. I find him to be wise, calm, understanding and rather humorous. He puts up with mine and Cookiie’s shenanigans too, such as paring him with every male friend he has, especially Aaron and making him the uke in all the fantasy yaoi parings, all of them! I admire his patience too and how he is willing to accept or learn new things. Very open minded. He is also my step son in the great and grand Von Dascha family! So of course, I love him like a son even though he’s older than me. He is also creative and very intelligent; please dear give me your skills!

3.
Daxa – Also one of my favourite members! With her stalking ways and Tim Curry/Kuroshitsuji love, I wouldn’t have her any other way. She’s lovely and kind, very protective and just generally a sweetie. She makes me laugh like an idiot most of the days and for that, I am thankful, everybody needs somebody who can make them laugh. She’s very humorous and has a wonderful sense of humour, however she does see the world for what it is, somewhat. Proving and understanding that not everything can be solved with a simple smile but still she smiles anyway, to make others happy. I like just about everything about my dear wife and leader of the Von Dascha family, she’s just so pleasant to be around.

4.
Cookiie – She is my fellow yaoi fan and for that, I love her dearly. Cookiie is lovely; she is also can be a massive troll! Her main victim is mostly What? though. Great taste in anime, she’s introduced me to some great anime and mangas. She also enjoys helping me troll Feenie which can be quite humorous for the both of us, she tends to make me giggle or at least, smile a little which is good I guess. She has a good sense of humour and is rather smart, even though she denies it! She is also pretty damn adorable.

5.
Llave – Another gent I have quite a lot of respect for. He is very kind, considerate and wise which is what I like about him, I guess. He’s put up with me whining quite a lot and has yet to complain, for that I am thankful. I’m such a burden to him and others, I’m just waiting for the day he turns around and tells me to **** off, ha. We have quite a few things in common, I think so we can relate to one another. He is a big brother figure to me as he can be very protective and understanding. He is also gifted in art! Yet another member I am envious of due to their skills! Even though he doesn’t agree with all of my opinions, he respects them instead of going on a “No, you’re wrong. You’re opinion on such and such is stupid†etc, he tries his best to understand them. Though I do think he tries too hard sometimes, he wants to be liked by everyone which I can understand but I like him just the way he is, no need to change something that doesn’t need changing.

6.
Mr.Cummingham – First of all, I can’t believe I just typed that, damn you Chris. Chris is on this list of top ten favourite members simply due to the fact he makes me laugh a lot, I miss him though! He needs to stay, not come and go! His sense of humour is brilliant he can joke about just about anything. Yet, he can be quite serious when he wants to be which is good. LP2P misses you, Chris. Return soon.

7.
Makaze – I respect him. I don’t necessarily like him but I don’t dislike him either. His intelligence is incredible, I think if he really wanted too, he could make a debate out of anything. His witty remarks make me smile a little and I honestly think his protectiveness and concern of those dear to him is adorable. I think he could be a little more thoughtful but hey, it’s Makaze. I feel as if he just wants to be understood or at least, get his opinion heard…or something, I’m rabbiting on and probably not making sense, I apologise. He makes the forum interesting and now is, in my opinion, a key figure of KHV.

Guardian Soul - Oh GS. I just generally like the dude, he’s calm, collective and honestly, just cool. He has wonderful taste in music, TV and the like! He seems to get along with everyone which is a great quality to have, I must say. He’s kind and can be rather funny which is what I like about him, he also makes sexy graphics. :B

9.
Ienzo – I see Enzy as a Mother hen figure, to the gang of LP2P for some odd reason, heh. I like her; she’s funny, kind and intelligent with a great taste in English literature! We share common interests, some of the same likes etc which only makes me like her more. Ienzo can also be rather funny and sometimes brightens my day with some of the derpy comments she makes. c’: She is also very beautiful. I guess I should mention the LP2P regulars too, I love you all guys, stay awesome.

10.
Spike – And finally, Spike. For some reason, I really respect and like this fellow. I get this great aura off of him for some reason. He just seems wise, kind and rather caring I must say, I wish he would post more though.

I don't know why, but I feel like I hate myself. Whenever I see myself in a photo or video, I think to myself "Wow am I really like that".

I think Im a nice person who cares about others, but sometimes I don't think before speaking. (Hurting others with words etc.)
