That's a really hard question for me to answer because I know to always be faithful to someone you're with. I guess the closest thing is lying about why I broke up with my second girlfriend. I told her that I was moving away (back in my junior year of high school) and that it would be better for us if we split. In reality, I could have handled a long distance relationship but not with her. I could tell she wasn't really that into me and was really using me for the things I was able to give her. I knew it would be better if I broke it off.

Ah, I have to think hard on this one. Good.
One could make a strong argument for choosing any of these.
Power is extremely tempting, though it would most likely destroy any hopes I had for sharing such power with anyone I cared for, since no doubt many would want to deny me the power.

All knowledge would allow me to potentially take power, and to find love, or anything else that I wanted... but it would also make the entire thing feel hollow. I knew that they would happen, and therefore there's no value in it happening.

Love... difficult one. If I were able to choose who I was going to love, and they were guarenteed to love me back, that would also ruin some of the point of it. The thrill of the chase, and all that. But then, I would be able to share happiness with them...

I honestly don't know. It's an almost impossible choice. Am I allowed to refuse all three?
If I have to take one, I suppose it would have to be love. All other things are too material.

My name? Well I'm kind of draw stars on everything (in particular pentagrams and they have to be the right way up) and I've always loved Midnight. It seems to be such a magical time, where anything can happen. (I love all the fantasy/magic stuff). Anyway, I write stories and I used to use originally Star then Midnight Star as a character in them as I thought it sounded good together. Also the character I used it for I typically based on myself. So when coming to join the site it was my first choice, without much thought.

 

I won't be difficult and act as if you said that all three of them had to be from KHV.

My closest friends... Are Saxima, LARiA and Sforzato. I would sacrifice Sforzato for a multitude of reasons, but you did not ask why and my mind is blanking, so I will not bother with them here. Suffice to say that he is the most able to take of himself and he would take being sacrificed best. But, if I were actually in this situation, I would not play by the rules and so no would get sacrificed. End of line.

Thanks to DarkTraitor for hooking me up with Audacity, or else I would have been stuck using the MS sound recorder, which is really bad quality.
Even so, parts of this aren't as clear as I would have liked it to be, but hey, I've never recorded anything before, so gimme a break. I did the best I could. I included the poem in writing, so you could understand what I'm saying.

I don't know if I can go through this again,
Not when I've gone through it so often before.
After having it happen so many times,
I don't know if I'll be able to handle
another loss just yet.

This season seems to have something against me,
it always it happens around the new year.
Perhaps that's significant, perhaps that means something.
All things must pass away, before they can be made new.
The springtime cannot come without there first being a winter.

Winter is a time when all good things must sleep.
Wether it be only for a season, as when a bear hides himself away in a cave,
or wether it be a more permanant sleep, as when a flower fades and dies,
all good things must sleep through the winter,
and give way to the cold of the ice.

But for me to give up hope in the midst of this frost is foolish,
for just as surely as the snows come, they also will melt.
And the bear will stray out of his cave, and new flowers will spring up,
and they are made fresh by the waters that seeped into the ground.
Yes, winter is here, but spring will shortly follow.

And so I have found hope, a reason to go on,
even in the midst of my tears, I can stand,
because I am waiting for the spring,
and this bleak empty world becomes pale in comparison
to the wonders of beauty and growth yet to come.

 

I liked the off-rhyme nature of the poem, well done.
It sounds like either your microphone doesn't get much use, or is very low grade. You can generally get a cheap headset of decent quality for not very much, so it might be worth investing in for other dares or projects you want to get involved in.

 

Yeah, my mic is very cheap, it's the one that came built in to my laptop. XD That's one of the reasons I never got into KHV chorus, I don't have a good mic.

Anyway, Truth or Dare, to the below, no conditions?
