oh god finally, i thought i was the only one who actually watched Tron before KH2


and god i cant believe that Jeff Bridges ACTUALLY came up to reprise his role

and im even happier that daft punk is doing the soundtrack/music

anyways who cares if the world will end, this will ease the pain <3

 

If you don't go see this in 3-D you are doing yourself a great injustice.

 

The trailer looks very pretty, but I don't like the new outfits. The heads look really out of place too.

 

It looks interesting. It's funny that I only heard about Tron first from Kingdom Hearts: II.

 

Suits need to be bigger or the heads need to be smaller. Aside from that, the movie looks freakin amazing. Cant wait.

If I do not see this movie on it's premiere day i swear I will...I will....Screaming just doesn't seem strong enough.

EDIT: There was a tron movie made in the 1980's aswell.

 

Makes me want to see the first one, to figure out what's going on.

 

Which really isn't necessary as it has been pretty much confirmed that Legacy is a distant sequel along the lines of Tron 2.0 (which I really hope Legacy doesn't retcon out of continuity, it was too awesome to retcon out). Basically, while seeing the original Tron will help you understand the setting, the story is most likely not going to rely on the original too much.

 

This movie looks killer. Totally seeing this in 3D.

Only thing I'm looking forward to is the fact that Daft Punk will compose most of the tracks for the song.

Oh god, I hope this doesn't screw over the first film. I love Tron and I saw it before KH2 so i'm not one of those people who saw it because of KH2. Anywho, the costume designs are alot different than what I was expecting but I love how the bike appears like that (Kamen Rider needs something like that). What I wasn't pleased about with the trailer was the way the faces appeared and how it looks like they have a face half the size of a normal human and a neck twice as long. It just looks kinda messed up and if the final film is like that then the dialouge scenes are gonna be painful for me as both a regular watcher and someone who meddles in the affairs of CG.

I'm still pretty damn excited that they finally have a sequel. It's like seeing the Toy Story 3 trailer all over again but it's Tron.

 

So looking forward to this. I saw the first Tron movie with my brothers when they rented it from somewhere after playing KH2, really enjoyed it. The effects look pretty snazzy.

 

I hear you, but with all the popularity it received recently, both an appearance in KHII, and a video game, I might as well.
