Anyway, new game from the same team behind Bastion:

I'm not too far in yet (just about 6 minutes), but the combat system looks really neat. Shame you couldn't really hear what the narrator was saying (the interview's pretty nice too, though).

It's the same gameplay as last time basically, but there's dialogue, more story reveal, music and creator commentary~

Also coming for PS4 and PC (I believe at least, gotta double check but pretty sure it will)

Interesting things to note:
Your upgrades are pretty customizeable. Looks like you can mix and match any attack together in your arsenal to fit your playing style, and while the strategic mode is viable, you don't have to resort to it all the time (which had worried me at first, lol). Needless to say I am very hyped for this and am getting it launch day.

 

I was wondering why your theme looked familiar :L

I remember seeing this a while back, looks neat but I've always loathed that visual perspective and everything about it. If any game is gonna breach that hatred though, I wouldn't put it past this one.

 

We need more games like this.

Looks really interesting, I hope the tactics aspect used in the combat will matter more as the game advances.

Man oh man does this game seem to be shaping up amazingly

 

I hope this game doesn't stay exclusive, personally. Bastion was clever and I'd love to get a chance to play the next game from this studio. There's a chance it won't- Bastion wasn't exclusive and it was made on XNA.

But if it does, chalk up another great game to Sony.

But the trailer does give us a look at the antagonists (the lady is pretty stylish). I'm curious as to what the relationship between Red and the dude that became the Transistor is like. The few pieces of art definitely give a romantic overtone, but who knows at this point. 4 more days till launch~

Bluhh what do I say about this game. I loved Bastion and this game should be no less to Bastion. It just looks AKGNSALNGVNSEAJGNVJAKE

Time to dust off my PS4 and start playing this bad boy (or girl lel :>) till Watch_Doges comes out c:

 

Wow. I finally decide to see what this game is about and dang, I really need to get this when it come out. The art is amazing and the story seems really interesting. It's not such a long wait now (I can't get it any way because I'm broke haha :(. ) I'm just glad it's on PC too because it's the only thing I can play games on.

The soundtrack is great too. I haven't played Bastion so I don't now what to base it on but I hope it really is as good as I hope it is.
