So I've been really excited for War for Cybertron for a while now. Too bad I don't have a Next Gen console. Why do they always have to make a different game for Nintendo Platforms than they do for the NextGens?
Well, I'll probably still get Cybertron Adventures, the Wii version of the game, regardless. Does anyone know how different it'll be than WfC? Will it just be titled differently, or will it have different gameplay, plot, etc? And will it have multiplayer all around the world, not just with people who's friend code you have?

These are the questions that haunt me.

EDIT: I looked it up and the DS version is still going to be WfC and have all the same stuff, but I dunno about the Wii version. Anyway, I'll probably be getting the DS one, if it has WiFi.

I am really excited that they are not using Bayformers (those are cool too)

It really is nice to see a throwback.

cybertron adventures sounds so kiddish and nintendo.
WfC looks almost like an MMO for God's sake.
    Make your bot/transformation
    be on a team/squad
    fight your friends/enemies

the trailer looks like an MMO with a campaign.

There was a promotion a while back that if you reserved the game then, there was a code given to you that allowed you to play as Shockwave. I really wanted to reserve it then but my mom said "You can always reserve it later" and I'm like THAT'S NOT THE POINT.

So yeah I'm excited for this too, I really hope they keep the storylines the same (if there is one) unlike the Revenge of the Fallen game. I'll probably be getting it on the Wii.

Btw, I think it was previously called War for Cybertron, but for whatever reason the name changed.
But hell if I care, it's G1 mechanized. Give me Soundwave and I'd be happy to destroy everything that comes in my way.

EDIT: Just saw the trailer, my excitement for this just skyrocketed. It's almost exactly like the original G1 plot omfg.
AND I SAW SOUNDWAVE. I AM PLEASED.

Also lol Omega Supreme actually looks badass. xD

Look out guys, we have a hater.

Anywho, I get the feeling this'll be like a less shit version of LotR Conquest. Basically having better gameplay, better menu systems and possibly online (which will obviously be better since EA can't do shit right).
So far I have high hopes for this game, they'll probably be brought down by some ******bag calling for restrictions >>

    Oh screw restrictions. B|

    Anyway, found this on Wiki:
...So the NextGen platforms have the serious name, and the Wii has the less...serious name. I think I'm going to save up for a PS3 now. >>

I really wanna reserve it from Best Buy so I can get Jazz, the best Autobot EVAR

But remember, that trailer was for the NextGen version. I just really, really, don't want this game to suck because it's on Wii.

You know, even PoP The Forgottten Sands has a different storyline/gameplay than on the nextgens?

The Wii games can't store as much data as Xbox and PS3 games (btw, the Wii is part of this "nextgen" as well so stop being silly even though this isn't the nextgen it's the current gen >>) and so they'll have progressively different gameplay unless they make the gameplay pretty crap for the Wii thus making everything else fit to keep it the same as the other consoles.
Apparently with the movie games the Wii version was totally different and had less freedom for the player (i.e. not being able to transform at will), but I never played it so I could of heard wrong.
