358/2 Days Touch screen features

What kind of touch screen features would this game have? Hopefully, it won't go Rockman ZX and be useless. :P

 

>_>; Honestly, I could care less. It's a DS Kingdom Hearts game with Multiplayer, I'm sold. But seriously? I don't see them incorporating the touch screen TOO much. Maybe for menus and talks between characters, but nothing fast during battles...

Maybe using Xigbar, when you touch the screen, the bullets come.

 

i tihnk it should be for the screen and maybe some fun minigames (like I don't know make presents with the pressy gun in crimbo town while undercover?)

 

You know... I haven't really thought about it. The idea of the actual game is exciting enough for me.

Maybe it'll only be used for minigames, or maybe in battles. I really couldn't say.

 

I hope there's no touchscreen function. :D

Because I hear a DS emulator is on the works for the PSP. And well, I have no idea how the touchscreen's gonna work for a it.

The touch screen can be used quite alot. Since this is khcom2? amirite? It'll probably have cards. Maybe a map at the bottom? When battling, it can show what cards you can use etc.

SE would go overdose on the bottom screen and that still would make me happy. Even if it has only one. I'm sold 'cuz it has multiplayer ;P

 

maybe it will be for fast items during battle and not in battle a quick acess to your inventory?

I hope it's not card-battling again. But if it is, the touch-screen would be a good place for the card decks. It would make it a lot easier to choose your cards.

 

I haven't heard anything about cards on this game. It's not KHCOM2.

 

agreed the card deck idea was ok but it did get old....i hope they dont do that...if they did i really wouldnt care but they should just have it normal fighting like the other KH games

I haven't either, but some call it CoM2 because of the rumors a day before the actual announcement of the game. It's also set between CoM and KH2, so you could call it CoM2 for that.

Anyway, as long as they don't ruin the game by making it touch screen only controlled, I'm OK with whatever they do. I really don't care much for touch screen features.

 

I also have been thinking about this, will there be different ways to touch the screen for each memeber you get to play?

 

maybe lets say the touchscreen would have a heartless and u just scribble on it and dies? i dunno either like walking when u dont want to use the buttom

Well, since each Org member has different abilities, it might be different for each person you play as.

 

There's a lot they could do with it, but I don't know what they will. Maybe for certain battles and such?

Great idea! Never heard or thought about that one! It probably will, considering it's most likely going to be based in Castle Oblivion (or The World that Never Was). Although, I odn't enjoy the cards, it seems more like them (plus you could get extras considering they're the Organization Members).
