It's okay...a little plain. Also, it doesn't look that evil.

The Lens flare looks kinda strange...You shouldn't have exaggerated the settings so much. The lens flare is also ridiculously huge, so you can't really make other possible effects.

 

Doesnt blend,Plain,and no border,pics dont really go together...

Yeah, about that, how do I do borders?

 

If you use GIMP this is the method....dont know about PS....should be near the same
1.Make a new layer
2.Select>Select all
3.Edit>Stroke selection(Make sure your color is black)Size 10
4.change color to white and stoke selection,size 8
5.change back to black and stroke size 5.
about PS.....use rectangle tool I guess....
