Forgive me if there's already a thread for this. I searched, I really did.
Close this if there is though x3

    Mine are:

Armageddon- Great movie. Awesome effects. The actors(Omg Bruce Willis, Ben Afflek, Liv tyler!) are amazing, and the screenplay(by JJ Abrams) was spectacular- directed by Michael bay.

Law Abiding Citizen- Awesome plot. Intense effects, and Gerard Butler.

Contact- Jodie. Foster. Great plot, and the story was pretty deep.

Apollo 13- Intense, based off a true story, Tom Hanks, and NASA.

How to Train your Dragon- Which does not belong in the group? Just kidding. I loved this movie. I was giggling at Toothless the entire movie. And again; Gerard Butler.

    What are yours?

    Let's see...
I really like V for Vendetta, I always watch it when I have the chance...
Then there is Shrek 2, I can't describe how hillarius that movie is.
You know what other movie I really loved? Weekend at Bernies. xD No need for comments!
Also "300" is one of my favourites too.
The fifth favorite movie might be... Shaolin Soccer. As funny as it may sound, it's really one of the movies I really like :)

Of course, it doesn't mean I didn't like other movies too. The Black Knight, Silent Hill, Resident Evil (any RE movie), The Fast and the Furious (especially Tokyo Drift and 4) and many more. But I believe those are the top 5 movies for me.

    Shrek 2- Because its funny
10 things i hate about you-the main characters name was Katarina (wierd spelling) what's not to like? =)
Wog Boy 1&2-They were both hilarious! However you do have to be Greek to get most of it
He's just not that into you-Genius, probably changed my future relationship problems =)

This is what I can think of at the moment.

    1. Death Note: The Last Name - Not the greatest adapted film, but it did grasp the spirit of the Death Note series. The dubbed version of it was great too!

    2. Cars - Yes, it's a Disney film, but it was a damn good disney film.

    3. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone - I love that movie to death! I remember the first time I saw that movie all that time ago.

    4. The Lion King - Probably the BEST Disney movie ever mad. I loved the colors when I was young and love the story now.

    5. S. E. Hinton's The Outsiders - Probably one of the best movie adaptions of the a novel, ever. It also helps that the actors know what they're doing and the director was smart.

Oh gawsh, that is one of the most difficult questions for me to answer. I have so many favourite movies, and I haven't really gotten around to ordering them.
    In no particular order:

The Lion King - I know everyone says it, but it's true.

Schindler's List - Liam Neeson is my Chuck Norris. Plus, it's the only movie so far that has made me cry so hard I started sobbing.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus - Terry Gilliam is a genius. And I just love everything about this film.

How to Train Your Dragon - Yeah, it just had to go on here.

In Bruges - A genius, hilarious, moving movie. It's priceless and I love it.

    Wristcutters: A Love Story
Beautiful story, terrific soundtrack, and I don't know, just generally a great movie.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
This movie makes me like Jim Carrey. Something I never thought I'd do.

    The Science of Sleep
So beautifully creative and so sad. The scene where
Stefan sees Stephanie at the party with her boyfriend, and she's all dancing with him & stuff, Stefan gets drunk, then it cuts to Stefan's mind and she's just like "... I'm sorry."
Omg, it gets me every time. It's here, if anyone is curious: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJd1PyVNggY

Star Wars Episode IV: The Empire Strikes Back
Easily the best Star Wars movie.

    I can't think of a fifth, haha.

Not really in any order. I have not watched any movie in some time.

Sunshine. I really don't know why, I just love it. It is unique. But I did not like how the ending suddenly turned into a slasher movie.

V for Vendetta. The movie did not really adapt the story too well. But it made itself amazing too with its changes.

Tron. An oldie but a goodie. I remember watching this at my grandmothers all the time. I have not watched it in awhile. I guess it is just on here for pure nostalgia.

The Thief and the Cobbler. If I had to put this list in order, This would most likely be in the #1 spot. The animation is so amazing, such a shame it was unfinished and severely butchered by other companies.
