Too Little...Too Late

"Nothing new, I'm not scared of him, look." He took off his shirt to reveal a muscular chest, but that wasn't all. He had whip cuts that were a sickly yellow from being left open and getting infected. He also had brands all over him and bruises everywhere. It was horrible. But what was the worst were the burns. He had many scars from them and it looked horrible. He looked at her. "See?"

 

"Oh" she said. She was shocked but not scared. "Is it ok if i touch them" Precious asked.

 

"Go ahead."

Precious touched Kelvins chest.
Damn she said....Im sorry she said.
I thought I was the only one with the scars she said.

 

"They really don't nurt...that much," he mumbled the last part to himself. "You have scars too?"

 

She nodded and took off her shirt andshowed him the scars on her chestt arm legs and neck.

Precious looked at him scared.

 

He struggled to not laugh at his black eye.

 

Im not going to hurt you....im going to hurt her she said pointing at Precious.

She was shocked and backed away.

 

"Oh really. Can't handle me, b****?" He punched Xando right in the nose, causing it to bleed.

 

Mr. Xando fell bach and punched him in the chest. Dont ever hit me he yelled and threw Precious on the floor.

 

He caught Precious. "What? I'm sorry I don't speak @$$hole."

 

Xando looked at him.
