Tomb raider: The Next Gen

Dev grinned. "You would get along with my sister, you're optimistic. I'm not." She closed the box, putting it away.

 

Corey stood there dumbfounded for a second. He shook his head. "Gees..." then he muttered really lowly. "Girls... WELL! If he's going to be coming around here, why should we stick around? We should move out before we get into anymore trouble."

 

Dev nodded. "Problem is...." she slowly put up three fingers, then put one down, then the last one. "Duck." she pushed Corey to the ground as a missile ripped through the room.

 

Corey pulled his hands over his head, waiting for the rubble to stop falling on him. As soon as the missle past, he stood straight up, pulling his knife out. He looked towards the damaged wall. "Oooo... that's... not good."

 

Dev laughed. "Lets go!" She pulled him along, running for the window. "I don't know where he gets those." she muttered, pulling the window open. "You first."

 

Corey looked at Dev. "No you first, ladies always go first." He stepped in front of her, taking a stance. "Get going, I'll be okay. Trust me!"

 

Dev sighed in exasperation, then ducked as more rubble fell. "Men!" she shoved him roughly toward the window. Mist was seeping into the room. "Go, before I'm forced to drug you!"

 

"Alright! Alright! You better follow me!" Corey jumped out of the window, landing into a soft pile of... rubbish. "Gross!" He rolled over, looking up at the building. Dev should be coming out next.

BIC: Dev followed, gasping as she smacked the ground. "Damn, he keeps getting bigger toys." she said, looking up at the window. "We better...get out of here."

 

Corey nodded his head in agreement. "Right... Let's head to the car, Aiden." Corey made sure his baseball cap was securely around his head before running off.

Misaki's eyes drifted open... The room seemed more hazier then before. She let out a quiet moan as her eyelids begain to close again. She rolled her head to the side, falling asleep once again.

 

OOC: GTG, but feel free to continue with out me. Dev followed, anxiety fueling the adrenaline in her viens. "Uh oh....big big, boy toy." she muttered, her eyes widening as another missile came toward her.

 

OOC: Awww.. ><

BIC: Corey skidded to a stop, sensing something. He turned around, seeing Dev just standing in the spot. He changed his course and started running towards her. "MOOOOOVE!" He knocked her away and down the ground as the missle barely missed the two of them.

 

Dev gasped for air. "I'll give you one thing. Americans can be fast." she said, smiling.
