BIC: Corey blinked suddenly, feeling his cheeks flush in embarrassment. "O-oh..." He stuffed his wallet back in his pocket and cleared his throat, not really sure how to answer to Dev. He seemed very embarrassed now.

Misaki's eyes fluttered open slowly. The room was hazy when she first opened her eyes, not really focused on anything. She momentarly forgot where she was, and what had happened, and then it suddenly hit her. The small ache in her shoulder reminded her about the events that happened a while ago. Misaki quickly scanned the room, looking for Josh.

 

Josh looked up. "How do you feel?" he asked.

Dev smiled, and walked toward the hotel. "I'll get three rooms, don't worry. You guys can wait out here." She said.

 

Misaki smiled a little at Josh. "A little tired..." She tried sitting up, wincing as she did so. Then the pain went away when she leaned againts the headboard. "How about you?"

 

Josh shrugged. "I'm okay." He gazed out the window. "Are you going to be able to fight?"

 

Her eyes darted downwards. She lost her trend of thought for a moment. "Perhaps..." she said in almost a whisper. Even though, she thought, I probably couldn't... but it's just Josh and I... We have no one else to depend on.

 

Josh thought it about it. "One of the people we must kill is going to be checking into this hotel tongiht. We will wait for her. The other will be easy then. You can rest."

 

Misaki wrinkled an eyebrow at Josh. "Why... do we have to kill her?" Misaki was terribly confused.

BIC: "Because her mother engineered the end of us." Josh said plainly. "We need revenge for our kind."

 

"By taking revenge on someone's posterity?" Misaki looked down. "This doesn't seem right..." Her voice got more silent. "What if my father did something in the past... and the people who he caused the wrong to... decided to go for me... When I was innocent of the wrong..."

 

Josh watched her. "First of all, you're an Avalon. Second....she and her sister caused wrongs to us also. Her mother taught her. And third..." his voice became more quiet "Do you wanna talk about it?"

 

Misaki's eyes glanced up at Josh's, momentarly locking her gaze on his. She quickly adverted her eyes from his. "What... do you mean?"

 

"About whatever happened." he said, still quiet. "We have some time."

 

Misaki shook her head slowly. "No... it's nothing." She reached up and touched her wounded shoulder slightly. She straightened more and slowly swung her legs off her bed. "Joshua... I will say this now..." She kept her eyes glued to the floor, not daring to look up. "I am not going to participate in the acts of revenge..."

 

Josh nodded. "I know. But you can't warn her either." Josh watched Misaki intently.

EDIT: Never mind. *facepalms,bangs head on desk*

Dev walked in. "Three rooms please." she laid a wad of cash on the counter. The clerk began typing.

 

Misaki licked her lower lips and kept her eyes to the floor. "This isn't right Josh..." she said quietly. "They could help us..."

Corey smiled, following Dev in the hotiel.

OOC: Ghosty is with our characters. XD lol

BIC: Josh sighed. "I'm sorry..." then he smacked Misaki on the back of the head, hoping to knock her out.

Dev tapped her fingers in a rythm, looking around. She felt slightly uneasy...

 

Misaki cried out a little from the pain, and fell onto the bed holding her head. Her mind was unclear... but she was able to send something to Dev before she totally blacked out. It was a voice of warning...

Corey shifted in place, looking around at the hotiel. "Hm... Dai Jai Vu..."

 

Dev jumped, looking around. "Damn...." She pulled the room keys from the counter. "Thanks, bye." She turned to the other two. "Let's go. Now!"

Josh sighed, and put Misaki gently on the bed. "Sorry..." then he raced downstairs, drawing his sword.

 

Corey blinked and looked at Dev. "Wait, what?! Where are we going?" This was so sudden to him. What in the world was going on...
