Tokio Hotel made their U.S. debut on Late Night with Connan O' Brian.. and I saw it and became interested in the band. Does anyone have Songs, pictures, info etc, please post them here.
First of all, it's spelt "Tokio Hotel". And to answer your question, they are a pretty addictive band. May be a all girly lover band, but the Germany's finally got something worth of even asking about. Other than TCO.
Heh. I learned a bit about them from someone...At first I thought it was an actual hotel until I asked a few questions. I'll try and listen to them to see if they're my style...
thats sad trigger.... i only just got into them... but it's kind of wierd ... im used to listening to japanese music and since i take the subject, i'd understand a lot... but i don't know what their talking about [ no offence ] so i want to get some of their english songs, but i dont know where to get them
Is the lead singer in Tokio Hotel a guy or a girl.... other than that I really like there songs. My fav song by them is Don't Jump... the music vid is cool too.

I'm not really feeling them to be honest. I know it's not a fashion contest, but they look just too damn weird.

I'm somewhat the same. I can't decide whether I like them enough to move out of the dislike them group. They aren't the worst I have ever heard, but they aren't orgasmicfantasticamazing. I do like Monsoon though <: How nice.
I heard Durch Den Monsoon when I was in Germany and was like 'OHMIGOD A SONG IN GERMAN ON A GERMAN RADIO STATION!!!!!' ahaha, even MTV was all in English (they really like Madana over there O_o ) anywho a friend showed me them when I got back home and I was like "That kinda sounds familar..." (haha puberty changed his voice soooo much) and then I listened to the German versions of their songs this summer and was like 'HOLY I HEARD THAT IN GERMANY!' xD and I like them they're pretty good Rette Mich is my favorite XD
Blind Guardian, Masterplan, ASP, Rammstein, Eisbrecher, E Nomine and Helloween. As for Tokio Hotel, they aren't my thing. Generic vocals and guitar, boring drumming and (as expected from generic emo) non-existent bass. I only chimed in here to tell Schoolboy some German bands as he doesn't seem to realize that there are plenty of them.
Another pop-rock band that will be forgotten in a year or so (and thank God for that). The lead singer looks like a girl and can't sing, and the instrumentals are...well, lame is the only thing I can come up with. These guys are one of the many bands that seem to believe music is more about fashion than actual talent.
