I think the tag could use a little feathering, looks a little too sharp.

And I'm not too sure about the coloring choice...

However, its cute and is an excellent attempt!​

 

It's good but i don't really like the blue on Togekiss with all the text(i think it's text)and i don't really like the spots all over but the rest is good​

 

It's annoyingly simple.

Get rid of the text, fancy text is not good for signatures. And I feel like the stock is too big, down size it a bit and turn down the sharpen.

Tone down the contrast, different font, and run an unsharpen mask on it, and it would look good, for flow, get a c4d that is a point at one end, and gets wider as it goes out, and put the point at the nose of togekiss, also tone down the brightness
