Today sucks

omg Cassie mine is late too; it should have started a few days ago and I have a midterm tomorrow ;~; I'm terrified it'll trigger during the test. That exam is 30% of my grade for the class.

Unfortunately some of the newer period regulation/birth control options can have really nasty side-effects, to the point of being dangerous.

Yeah, if you're not sexually active then having periods is preferable to some of the side effects of birth control--unless, of course, your periods are unpleasant or irregular. Not all birth control is bad but there's no reason to be taking it if you don't have to, esp. because using it in the long term can create problems if/when you want to have children.

 

Sure it might make you sterile, but that you can worry about later. Totes worth it for the short term.

And I'm really sorry to hear about that Cass, but I feel you. Mine are never regular (usually a week+ late) and 8/10 times they happen when I have things to do. I know you can pull through.
