Nope. Yesterday was only a half day, and today would've been canceled either way because of the hurricane. Still, even if it is raining, I'm not complaining.
Half day because it was the end of the grading period. Thanks, I'm just fine. Cuba is actually getting most of the damage right now though.

Yeah, that never happens with us. It's usually that the quarter ends on a Thursday or a Friday, and we never get the next Monday off. Ever. ; ;
Checked the school website. I remembered wrong. It's semester break I'm talking about, which always falls on a Friday, so students get the coming Monday off. If you want to hear something really stupid, students this year are only getting one school week and one school day of Christmas break instead of the usual two school weeks.
I never knew if I preferred our school holiday system to your one. We get 6 weeks off (so half of December and all of January) as part of our Christmas/summer break. We also get 2 weeks off in April, June and September. But you guys get the whole summer off so...yeah I dunno which I would prefer
