To Gain is To Lose, And to Lose is To Gain

Well, @Nights™ got on last night and we worked on the basement floors together, but we got stuck and called it a night around 3:10 AM / 6:10 AM. We got all the letters and can make out three of the words, but we're stuck on the name of the person!

@cstar, help! Did you figure it out! Obviously you can't post the answer, but any hints!? :x We spent quite a few hours trying to figure it out!

 

I put it down last night, deciding to look with fresh eyes in the morning, but... I still got nothing.
I don't process this type of puzzle very well, I guess.

I'm sure it's actually glaringly obvious and I'll kick myself when I get it.

If you're looking for a more in depth hint about it from other people, it'd probably be best to discuss it on Basement Floor 1 since everyone there will either be close to or already finished
