    Well... they are not real, so this is a bit of a peculiar question.

    I don't think I know them well enough to willingly die for them. If I got a heroes burial then I'd go for it.

    If I got to save several people, then yeah.

    Eh...I don't know. Seeing as they're just characters in a game, no way in hell would I save them with my own life. Even if they were real, I doubt I'd die for them. Though I would seek bloody revenge.

    You're lucky you're holding back, because the overreaction was unneeded, and it seems you didn't understand. She said that if they were pixels, she wouldn't, but if they were somehow real (meaning human), and were his friends, or got to know them, she probably would. Let's see, if you see a person about to be hit by a car, you wouldn't susbconciously run to help him or her get out of the way?

    And yeah, I agree. Though the question itself is kind of odd, since why would anyone die for simple computer generated images, as hot as they are?

    I don't think so. First of all, they're fictional characters, and secondly, I have no relationship with them. How do I know that me dying for them would save their life, and wouldn't they think it was random if some stranger died for them? No, I'd probably just find a way to save them without getting myself killed, if at all possible.
