    I loved Timeless River too.

For the same nostalgic reasons that everyone else has said. Ahh, old cartoons. :B

    I hated those ****ing cars though. xD;

At first it was kinda cool seeing the original disney character's original forms, but soon after that I almost fell alseep because it's so boring.

I liked it for the 'old cartoon' look of it. But the cars annoyed the crap out of me =/

Despite the intention of adding it to the game, it creeped the hell out of me. I always get nervous when standing in front of that door...

But I'm also rather paranoid about silly things, this place just makes me think about The Ring. :x

I thought Timeless River was misleading. The way it is stylistically set in the past, I automatically assumed it would be a piece of cake to get through. Instead I found it a challenge, and for that I am grateful. Looking back I really did have fun there.

well timeless rivers setting is a little misleading but its the best drive form leveling spot in the game (except for final thats TWTNW of course) so I like it other than the absolutely horrid music

hated it the sound was anoying with all the crackling and fuzzyness, i ditch songs i get on winmx for that very reason.

nowhere in any cutscenes did they even once have those nice renders, and the black and white made all the buildings and stuff blend in with each other. like "where is that heartless?" *whack* "found it"

but the worst is every form looks the same, in fact in fm limit form has no differences from normal sora.

I liked that Nomura decided to put in a throwback to the King's debut: Steamboat Willie. That was always my favorite Mickey. The troublesome one. :D

    Now Atlantica...that's a different story.

Timeless River was the coolest place in the game because it made me feel like a five year old.

Timeless River was a really good idea to have for a world in Kingdom Hearts 2, especially for anyone who grew up with the Black and White or Old Disney Classics back in the days.

What I like about the world is some of the old Disney cartoon references that they added in the world like the "toy cannon" in the small town, which was also seen in the short cartoon "Gulliver Mickey", and of course who cannot forget some of those "Stemboat Willie" moments that was shown in the game. Plus the fuzziness and static sound in the world fitted pretty well in Timeless River, since old black and white cartoons didn't had high tech audio back in the days.

Probably my only complaints about Timeless River is that it is a one visit world, it's a small world to go to and like most of you said, Those damn heartless cars would annoy the life out of you, especially when you are in Proud Mode.

Some parts of Timeless River we're fun, but there were some that were quite challenging too. Though it was a great world to be in with some clever references of old Disney Cartoons, but I could of expected a tiny bit more with the visit of this particular world.

So I'm going to give Timeless River a 7/10

Timeless River was actually a cartoon that existed long ago, featuring Mickey Mouse and Petey.

And it was in black and white, as this cartoon was aired a very long time ago.

I skim read the second post, and i can tell it had a emo feel to it.>_> I liked Timeless River, but those car heartless enemies were a pain in the butt on proud mode.
