"So long as we don't do anything to damage the time line it'll be fine."

 

"Very..."Lily said turning onto the first landing,"This floor has the biggest room...you can share one if you want...probably best going with girls with girls and boys with boys..."she added


she nodded"This....is just a little weird and Im....scared."she muttered to him

 

"Thank you." Casey smiled.

"We'll leave you guys to sort it out." Conni said, wanting to get away from them as soon as possible. Casey was really starting to creep her out, she kept noticing more and more similarities between him and Scorpious...

 

"We'll be in the living room if You need us...I'll leave the door open so you know which room it is."Lily said



Once they were saftely out of ear shot Lyra rounded on her brother cousin "What the f*ck did you two do?"

"I didnt do anything!"

 

"It was probably something to do with that lightening strike. Probably some kind of rouge magic or something unfortunate like that." Casey sighed, leaning against the wall. "Anyway, I think we should be more concerned with surviving here and getting home then how we got here in the first place."

"Well... We won't be going anywhere tonight, so we might as well just sort out who's sleeping with who and whatever and talk about this more in the morning when we're awake. Who knows, maybe in the morning everything will make a lot more sense."


"I really don't like them..." Conni sighed.

 

"Ok then....who's sleeping with who and where?"Lyra asked


"wouldnt that be incest for all of us? Sleeping together"Jordan laughed"Your gross Ly,"


"she rolled her eyes

"Me either....they're slightly unsettling."

 

"Well personally I don't like the idea of leaving the girls in a room on their own, just in case something does happen." Casey said, glancing at Lyra.

"I am not sharing a room with you Casey." Elle said glaring darkly at her older brother. "F*ck that sh*t."


"I hope they go soon..."

 

"Fine,Ly, you share with Casey and Elle can share with me or jordan."Alex said

"Y-yeah....Its not safe....so...I agree with casey."

"Me too."

 

"Might be for the best to have all three of you in a room, the idea of leaving those two on their own isn't exactly a thrilling one." Casey said, it wasn't that he didn't trust Jordan. It was that he didn't trust his sister.

"Thanks bro." Elle said rolling her eyes. "But fine."


"Why do you think they're here?"

 

"He has a point....what with your reputations..."


"Oh yeah? what about you two?"


"They might be here by accident....the dont look like spies or anything"

 

"We're friends. That's it." Casey said rolling his eyes.

"Sure, I believe you Casey." She sighed.

"I hope so..."

 

"Me too."


"Dont be stupid,of course we're just friends."

he snorted a laugh


"Ok,enough."

 

"Should we go to bed too?" She suggested. "I don't think they really want us back in the meeting now."

"Anyway!" Casey said, clapping his hands together. He was in a desperate rush to get the topic of him and Lyra out of the conversation as quickly as possible. "You guys take the bigger room, we'll take a smaller one."

 

"Yeah"Jordan said nodding,then he grinned "dont do anything I wouldnt"


Alex shoved him towards the room they'd be sharing

"Believe me Jordan, there's a lot of things you would do that I wouldn't." Casey said rolling his eyes as he looked around for another one of the vacant rooms.

Elle followed Jordan into the room and sat down on one of the beds in the room.

"Okay." Conni nodded. "We should be getting our owls tomorrow, right?"

 

"Uh-huh"Lily nodded


Alex sat down on the bed nearest the wall,he was being awfully quiet.


"Casey...In here."she said opening a door

 

"I guess we'll find out if they're really students too or not then."

"Are you okay Alex...?" Elle asked, tilting her head slightly.

"Oh, okay." Casey nodded heading towards the room.

Elle slid off her bed and sat down next to him, she supportively patted his shoulder.

"I wonder what excuses they'll make..."

Casey sat down on the bed on the other side of the room. "Well, this wasn't where I was expecting to sleep tonight."
