Time Travel is the best plot device in a gaming. Period.

It does, but some of the time-travel plotholes are really bad, even for this series. What the series(in story related regards) always did well was the characters though, the relationship between Jak and Damos in Jak 3 was superbly done.

You should do it, I've had similar thoughts myself. At some point I even designed a stage in my head, it would be great to actually make a game like that. Oh if only I won the lottery.

You pull out the Ocarina and he says: "What? That Ocarina's like that one that that kid (Link) played 7 years ago. It made this windmill go all wonky. I'll never forget that song: A ν ^, Aν ^" So after that you travel back in time, play it, Windmill gets wonky and dries the well, making the guy angry, so he ends up teaching that song to the older version of the person he is mad at. That's another loop. If he hadn't taught the song to Link, he wouldn't be mad in the firts place, and so on.

Who needs the lottery? As much as I hate the OUYA and think it's a scam, it's could easily be developed for and can handle PS2 graphics.

Spirit Tracks takes that title for me. Still got Ages, Seasons, and Awakening with me.

Spirit Tracks was pretty good, it got way too much hate. Phantom Hourglass was better.
Hated both of the oracles, a lot.

The Oracles had good potential. Then they canceled the 3rd game and ruined the Triforce thing they were going for.

Here's my thoughts on Spirit Tracks and Phantom Hourglass. If I can beat a game then restart it and play through it and still have fun, it's a great game for me. I played PH once, went through it all and had a blast. Same thing with ST. I bought PH, cause I had borrowed it to beat it and I found it... boring. The story to me was boring. It reminded me of Link's Awakening and it throws you into the fray to early. ST took it's time and set up it's characters and story. Along with that it had awesome music and in my opinion had a much better final boss. This is just my opinion though. I'm not trying to convince you to change your preferences.

Spirit Tracks captured my interest more, for sure. And that music holy cock. But Phantom Hourlass had deeper gameplay, and a more interesting hub dungeon. The goddamn hub dungeon in Spirit Tracks pissed me off to no end. I mean it just wasn't creative. I for defs preferred trains to the boats, even if trains were kinda... Dunb.

It was nice not worrying how you were getting somewhere so you could concentrate on the cannon and the whistle was so much fun. I actually did like the hub dungeon in PH but I loved the insane final part of the hub dungeon in ST. It was the hardest puzzle ever.

Oh I agree, but a lot of people I know think that the shift from the first to the second game was a bad decision.

Plus, compared to the other games in the series it was really freaking difficult >.>
