I pronounce it "tee-dus'. It just sounds more natural to me, even though it may be wrong.

I would prefer Tai-dus, but in Dissidia it's Tee-dus. Hell, Yuna calls him that. So, Tee-dus is canon.

Tai-dus. I'm pretty sure "tai" is Japanese for sun, which makes sense with the whole "sun and moon" thing with Yuna. Tee-dus just sounds too...docile for such a character, and is a bit of an odd pronunciation, like how people say Ti-fa while I say Tee-fa.

...Wait a sec. When you say "Tai-dus" you mean "Teii-dus" or literally "Tai-dus"?

Tai-dus is how I pronounce it. It sounds better to me.

Also, for the record, Zidane is Zih-dane, not Zih-dawn. Silly Dissidia.

Just to point out, although English is a Germanic language it still has many many Latin roots as well thanks to the Romans, not to mention French from the Normans. It's a kinda mish-mash language.
Anyway, I pronounced it Tie-dus until I played Dissidia, after which I pronounced it Tee-dus. However another option I haven't seen yet is Tid-us (as in the tid from Tiddlywinks). I know someone who still pronounces it like that.

I first pronounced it "tee-dus" when I was younger, then I started saying "tai-dus".

Teedus, I think that's how its pronounced in FF10, might need to double check though.

    I've always pronounced it Tai-dus.

His name was never spoken in FFX or FFX-2.
    In KH1, Wakka says Tee-dus.
    In KH2, Selphie says Tai-dus.
In Dissidia, They call him Tee-dus.

Fairly certain it's confirmed to be Tee-dus.
    Still calling him Tai-dus...

Pronouncing it Tai-dus sounds better to me in my opinion, but I suppose everyone pronounces it differently. It could have the possibility of being both? No idea.....but the character is awesome! XD

I pronounce it Tee-dus although I don't put to much emphasis on the "ee"

I played Kindgom Hearts before Dissidia so I've just learnt to say it "Tai-dus" however I think it's just partly down down to your accent. It's similar to the "Scons/Scones" debate so it doesn't really have a definite pronouciation.

However, after playing Dissidia I have found myself saying "Tee-dus" as well, so I don't really know.

I've known it as Tee-dus. I even think that Wakka pronounced it as Tee-dus
Let's see... (I did not make this video)

It's officially pronounced as Tee-Dus. In all the games that they say his name, and even in KH1, they all say it as Tee-Dus. Although KH2 I call not counting, because Selphie says Ted-dus, and neither of the other two. You just pronounce it like a japanese word.

    I stay on tee-dus.

All names in Square Enix games are very awkward to say anyway.

I think the creator of Final Fantasy X said it was Teedus. I always said Taidus before that, but now I changed it to Teedus.

I know that it is suppose to be teedus but I still say Tie-dus, because if you look at the spelling it seems to make more sense.
