"Dangit, why does it have to be so dam hot in this desert?" he asked as he sat on the giant shark

 

Chronix kept falling behind Theo and slingshotting off of him while they were riding towards the city Chronix was headed for. "You realize I pointed the wrong way? THIS is north." Chronix said, laughing.

 

"maybe because there's no shade"Cid said

 

Blade started to yawn

 

"Thanks a bunch for that hint there captain obvious" zane said

 

"watch you mouth or you'll have to walk"Cid said

 

" These idiots we're going the wrong way." Panthera said to Diana, both of them sitting on the shark. " Well I don't want to tell them, the'll be so mad at me for not telling them before." Diana said to him in a hushed tone.

 

"Well by the look of it we're going the wrong way"Cid said

 

"took you long enough to find out" Blade said lying down on th e sharks back with his eyes closed

 

"I'm in no hurry, and its way more fun to argue with the idiot here"Cid said

 

"Well I am in a hurry. How bout you tell me when we are gettin near a town, got it human" zane said.

Cid kicked Zane of the shark "Call me human one more time and I'll kill you"Cid said

Zane hit the ground hard. "OUCH!" he said. "Hey, wait up" he said running towards the shark to try to get back on

 

Cid ignored him "I'll let him run for a while"he thought

 

"Oh come on soul caster, let me on" zane said, not remembering how to say the name, so he just gave a random guess.

Diana laughed watching Zane run, trying to catch up with the shark.

 

"HEY, DON'T CALL ME A BLOOD SUCKER YOU WANNA-BE HUMAN!!!!" he yelled.

 

"I can call you whatever I want after your insults of calling me a human. now say it right"Cid said

 

"Not until you stop that freaken shark and let me get back on you *******!" he yelled
