Gumi laughed slightly. "My father's notebook. It ends there but he must have kept more." She smiled.

 

"Paramina Deadlands? I feel like I've heard of that place before, but I'm not sure, may have been in one of my books." James said continuing to look through the set of books on the shelf.

 

"Look it up when we get back." Gumi flew up higher, looking for more notebooks.

 

James nodded as he pulled out another book. This one was a rather old tatted book which didn't seem to fit with the other books which were just covered in dust. He wiped it off, strangely enough, the books seemed to have no name on the front, it was just leather.

 

OOC: Recap?

 

Gumi looked down at James and saw the book. "Open it then."

OOC: Everyone went looking around for clues, Gumi and James at Gumi's old home and Lelouch in his house.

 

Neal ran to where Gumi and James were. He was out of breath. "Wud I miss?"

 

Gumi flew down and caught Neal before he fell into a hole in the floor. "Watch where you're going!"

 

"You took a while," James grinned at Neal, he opened the old book and felt a strange power was over him, he felt warmer. He immediately closed the book and the power dissipated "Weird." He said quietly to himself and then opened the book again, the same thing happened.

 

"Thanks." Neal blushed a little from Gumi holding him. He looked over at James. "Something wrong?"

 

Gumi watched James and took the book off him. Opening it, she frowned. "Don't know what you're getting so hyper about." She threw the book back at him.

OOC: To Micheal- Gumi looks different now.

"What, you can't feel it?" James asked. He started to play a little game, he started to open the book and close it, it kind of tickled. He managed to stop himself from giggling like a little school girl.

 

Gumi frowned. "Feel what?" She asked, confused.

 

Neal shrugged. "I dun feel nothing."

Gumi watched James frowning.

 

OOC: Hope you feel better, see you later.

"No, its just...this kind of tingling up my body when ever I open the book." James answered them. Was the book trying to tell him something? Doubtful, books didn't talk, then again this was the demon world. He started flicking through pages randomly.

 

Gumi looked at the book, frowning. Suddenly, a wave of mist came over her and she almost dropped Neal. "AH!" Dropping to the floor, she held her head.

 

James immediately dropped the book looking frightened and went over to Gumi "Are you alright? What's happening?"

 

Gumi sighed with relief as the book shut. "The mist. It burns within the book...."

 

OOC: I'm just asking. But is this RP related to FF12 in any way?

BIC: "The mist?" He said looking over at the book. He walked over to it and picked it up "What is this mist?"
