Three shitstorms in one night

I happened to be reading over the topic. Most of nearly each page said that the IPs were the same. If that was the case then either Two people were using the same computer or it was a alt. It was most likely a alt from the looks of it. They posted back to back and alot of people saw them off back and forth.

From what I've read, most of it was proof unless you hear the situation from him. I doubt a lag has anything to do with similar IPs.

 

No no, the lag had possibly had something to do with them both appearing to be online at once. As for the IP situation, it's fairly obvious that Trizzle's "friend" was an alt, however I felt that I was in no position to warn him without proper proof, since Wolfie already warned him earlier on for his actions in the other threads. Doesn't matter now, though. RvR banned him.

I say his "your mom" jokes do qualify. As I recall, inappropriate posts can be warned for, especially if they occur repeatedly. We've had to warn for less than that.

 

So your saying the lag was caused by the both of them online? If that was the case, then it must've been a second window open at the same time working for the other account. That's the only possiblity I could think of. But what other proof did you excatly need? The IPs should've been enough unless you can think of another reason. But this debate is interesting, I would like it to further deepen even if this supposed member is banned. o:

This isnt like some super secret detective tree-clubhouse mystery.

Here's how it goes: Advent wasnt sure, essentially no one could ever be absolutely sure unless they were standing in Trizzle's house, and the guy is already banned, so figuring out if he should have been warned after being banned does nothing.

 

No no no. That indicator at the bottom of everyone's posts that tells you if they're online or offline, it has a lag. If someone logs off, it'll say they're still online for a few minutes after they've left. And since it is possible for neighbors to have the same IP, I didn't feel I should warn him since the situation was a bit... iffy. But again, it doesn't matter now.

Well maybe you could contact him through MSN or anything if he had it? Find a way to ask him and confirm the situation. If neighbors can have the same IP, we may have been to harsh on him. He had a few warns but from where you're coming from, it isn't completely ban worthy.

 

Yeah, I wouldn't have warned him for that either.

I am getting implications that all of you receive some sort of sick sexual pleasure from shitstorms.

 

What did you think? Obviously people find enjoyment of shitstorms when they have fully approached. They find it more pleasurable when they are allowed to join in.
