For some reason, sometimes when I get e-mail notifications of threads that have been replied to, they go into my Spam folder.

I mark them as "Not Spam", and everything is fine until the next time, which ISN'T that often, but it still happens sometimes.

For example, I was getting notifications for Misty's voting threads, and all of the sudden, one goes to spam.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Thanks in advance for any input.

That and spam filters don't like when you get a lot of emails that look very similar.

What email are you using? (gmail, yahoo, msn, comcast, etc.) Most of them will have an option to make a whitelist somewhere (not that it is really ever called that) so that it doesn't mark KHV as spam.

Yahoo! Mail. It's what I've been using all these years.

Ok, Yahoo isn't my primary so I can't promise results on this, but we'll see.

In the top right go to Options>Mail Options. Then on the menu to the left select Filters. Add a filter to look for "kh-vids.net" and tell it to go to the inbox.

That should force mail from KHV into your inbox instead of going to the spam filter.

What should the criteria be for the following? It says I need to select criteria to add the filter.

    • Sender
    • Recipient
    • Subject
    • Body
Each thing also has a check-box to the right that says, "Sender / Recipient / Subject / Body match case".

I have the following criteria to choose from:

    • Contains
    • Does not contain
    • Begins with
    • Ends with

For some reason, it's still not letting me save.

Here's a screenshot, if it helps:

    oh!

The filter name is irrelevant (kh-vids.net is fine)

on the line for body you need kh-vids.net
