THQ is doomed

I'm mostly terrified of what will happen to the Warhammer 40,000 license if THQ goes under. They've been treating it very well and I don't know how much anyone else will care about it.

 

THQ has always been a very mediocre company. Not surprised that they'll be going under soon. It's a shame that some decent looking games will be delayed because they're just failing.

 

I loved Metro 2033, as long as it's sequel is released I will be happy.

In terms of the long run, I would hope that these licenses are purchases when THQ goes away, they have many titles that deserve work, care and attention to be better and continue.

Jesus christ, I don't even understand how this is happening... It's not a pretty sight to see a company go down like this, but I'm sure some other publisher will pick up the pieces of their demise.

 

They have an ace in the hole if Darksiders II sells well on the Wii U which I doubt it will. So I estimate a few months.
