    I thought he might of died because he falls into space or something?

    During the movie, Loki supposedly died. After the credits, a scene shows Dr. Selvig (Jane Foster's mentor) talking to Nick Fury. Fury asks him to study a device with untold power (Cosmic Cube?) and an invisible Loki tells Selvig to agree, which he does.

    I just came back from seeing the movie and I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to see what they'll do for the Avengers...

    I had a friend tell me it a piece of the ice giants power source. I also thought cosmic cube when i saw it too.

    Actually Thor, and Loki, are gods from norse mythology. Meaning that they've pretty much been OWNED by norwegians from the viking times. Marvel simply put them on screen. Just pointing that out.
