I want to find this woman in a dark alley, break her arms with a quick grap and kick to the elbow, take her face, bash it into a brick wall repeatedly, drag said face up and down said brick wall, pour a bucket of hot wax onto her face, take two nine inch nails, drive them through one of her eyes (so she can still see with the other), place six 50 pound dumbbells on her stomach, stand on said dumbbells, take a sledgehammer, break both of her legs, and then just watch her die slowly.

I find her easier to believe in than the majority of churches around today. Her argument makes sense, because it partially explains how in a world of an all loving, all knowing, all powerful god, we get things like 9/11, the war in Iraq, cancer, Malaria, AIDS, etc. His vengeance is a better explanation than "That stuff just happens", and it's in character for the god of the Bible, who destroyed whole cities, killed every firstborn and made all women have periods and pain in childbirth. I'd rather believe that He's rising up against gays and gay supporters than just letting it happen, because in the first case, it implies we can do something about it.

What she is doing is correct in the minds of anyone who thinks that the Bible should be taken as fact. By bringing her points to funerals, she's attempting to appease god and stop those tragedies recurring.

Am I saying the woman is justified? No. But I am saying that weilding e-thuggish threats of violence doesn't do much for your cause. If you disagree, please do it logically. Counter her with scripture, prove her wrong with the book she follows. If she is just a raving Christian who has the bible all wrong and doesn't understand a word of it, show me evidence. So far she's convinced me more of her stance than on yours.

DISCLAIMER: As I am not a Christian, I fully belief that this woman is an idiot for taking 2000 year old propaganda so far. I am not against gays or soldiers who fought in wars.

TL;DR version: This woman has decent arguments if we were all stupid enough to take the Bible literally.
