Hence why I stopped being catholic. The catholic religion is closed off to certain things, and there for, has become arrogant and corrupt. I follow my own religion, and as far as I'm concerned,I get more answered prayers then most of the cathaholics ik >.>

I see really no point in #3, especially if the person using contraceptives doesn't use them for birth-control.
I don't see how they explain that in the Bible. (An' I know they say that birth-control isn't accepted, not the part I meant)​

 

Seriously, the world is overpopulated as it is. Homosexuals and those who adopt and don't have kids are doing this world a FAVOR! I mean, people have so many kids they can't take care of. If they take them in, they are helping the kids and helping the world.This is why I don't like Catholicism... They don't listen to reason...

 

Believe me, I know exactly how you feel. I was raised Catholic and taught those exact things. I thought then (and still do) that some of the things they taught are completely ridiculous. That and other things are why I consider myself agnostic. But you said you believe in God and Jesus, right? Why not look into other types of Christianity? There are plenty of them out there, many with less strict rules than Catholicism. I'm not familiar with that many Christian religions, so I can't help you much, but you might find something you like.​

 

ugh... i left the catholic church because of rules and beliefs like that. if youd like a religion that is more acceptable of things, ideas, and people in general, try The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Theyve helped me and made me much happier than the catholic church did.
