this is 4 the ppl in middle school!DO NOT READ IF UR NOT IN MIDDLE SCHOOL!

today my school got a packet with a booklet full of prizes and different types of magazenes that you can order..... we went 2 this assembely in the gym and they showed us all the prizes they were so cool! oh and this is called the magazene fundraiser, is anyone doing that?

 

lol,i remember when i did this back in middle school.the prizes are usually cool but underated.there was that big prize though like a large t.v. or a sorround sound thing.one time i actually participated in this.only reached to like the 5 prize lol.good luck if ya going for it.

For my 8th grade year the prize was a wii!!! Everyone sold like 50 mag. I didn't have to cause I already had mine!!!! XP I am in Highschool now!!!

 

Now THAT is a good prize 0.0

 

Ooooh, we do that. Some of the prizes are kind of cool (like the mini-fridge) but I get the feeling they're all just junk.

I never sold more than three anyway. xP

 

I think the most Ive ever sold in any of those sorta contests, is like 7 magizines. And I didnt go around selling, I just asked my family if they wanted any >.<

Though when I was younger, I actually sold more.

I think thats because the neighbors thought I was cute back when I was like 8.

 

When I was eight we would get wrapping paper fund raisers.

And cookie dough fundraisers...those were the best...

I don't know where you live but here the Seventh Graders are treated like high schoolers, especially with the Junior High.
Best of all no kiddie fund raisers.

I remember doing that! Probably my favorite part of it was filling out this "mailing packet" for the fundrasier (which was mostly BSed) and then getting free candy and other trinkets.

Probably the best thing I got as a prize was an ice cream party and 5 bucks.
