You know that feeling when your playing a game that is NOT scary but there is always that part that SCARES THE LIVING **** OUT OF YOU! Yeah...this is a thread for that, I'll start.

Morpheel in Twilight Princess scared the living **** out of me, I don't know why, why is it that most underwater bosses have to be so creepy? There always the scariest, not just in Zelda, in any game? Still to this day I am terrified of Morpheel, the only thing that keeps me playing is knowing that he's so freaking easy to kill! I like killed him in under 3 minutes.

Vault 22 in New Vegas....oh god.....Vault 22.......just thinking about it gives me a shiver, first off those spores, "THEY ARE SO GOD DAMN SCARY!" with their "hisssssss" everywhere, I kept on shooting in any part that had plants in them just to make sure they weren't there, even when you have the radio on or have companions with you, it STILL doesn't fix anything! God damn Vault 22!

That bone fish boss thing in Mario Galaxy, yeah kind of ridiculous that I'm talking about another underwater boss, especially that I'm telling you I'm scared of something in a MARIO game! God, his face looks so terrifying, the boss, is just.....creppy!

So thats some of mine, whats some of your's?

What always scared me was going into high places in any kind of game. It's just a digital game but it's still scary.

Creepers don't scare me, but zombies are kind of creepy, a little big, but not really, if your talking about scary in minecraft, look no further than those dark caves......****......you just don't want to go into them alone without a buddy.

There's this one instant in BioShock, when you're in the Medical Pavillion, and you go into this room that's semi flooded and -

I don't even wanna think about it. I've beat that game about five times and that part...it's gotten me everyt time. You shoulda seen me the first time it happened. It was crazy.

That friggen Lurker shark and those friggen heartbeats in the first Jak and Daxter game...

That and Saix going berserk are the only two things in games that have made me scream aloud.

In Fallout 2 Whenever im in a dark cave or in the sewers and those zombie/human things that rush at your are the freakiest things ever. Also when your running around at night and the monsters jump out of nowhere and scare the living s**t out of me.

The Tetramites from Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, scared the crap out of me when in one part of the game, they just start spawning without any heads up right beside you, gave me a fright everytime I played through the game.

And then In one of The Saw games, where you open a door, and if you don't press the button on screen, a giant blade pops out of no where and impales you >.>

Kind of embarrassing but when I first played Megaman Legends on the PS1, I was just a kid. The beginning when you're in that tunnel and that spider-like robot or whatever was running around stalking you and then on the ceiling. Oh god, I was terrified. I stopped playing just a few minutes into the game and started again during the daytime.

FEAR at 10PM in a 2 story house with no light except for the 22inch monitor and the sound all the way to 11.

Might be kinda weird, but Mirrors Edge. Falling off some of those buildings on a large TV was pretty freaky the first few times it happens, realistic suicide. o.O

Other than that... L4D2 on the carnival level, the only thing more creepy than clowns are clown zombies. >.>

Silent Hill 3, the mirror room. If you try to leave the room too soon the door is locked.

I played the first Resident Evil at someone elses house not knowing what it was about, and as soon as the zombies turned up I screamed and cried. THis was years ago, just to mention, when I was about 7.
I do have to agree, I hate the point in a Zelda game when you enter a boss room, and you have no obvious boss anywhere, in lets say a darkened room, and it'll just pop out at you. I hate that, surprises me everytime.
I was surprised and jumped at them the first time, and was pretty cautious the whole game of them, but I think if you sneak towards a plant area where one of the monsters could be hiding, use VATS, you'll be able to tell if one is there or not. I then just sneak attack a head shot, I was fine affter that.
I donn't get what you're suppose to do in that room to escape. Should you just never walk in there?

Nothing, just wait a while, but when you don' t know the "trick" watching the blood slowly reaching you while the door remains hopelessly locked is quite disturbing.
That room is useless, it doesn' t hold any important item, but the first time you play the game you don' t know that (and you have to enter it once to figure out which one it is on the map).

No, sorry, I know it's meant to be freaky, I mean it was when I watched. I only meant what was the 'trick' to get out?

Missingno. and the New Game function of the original two Pokémon series. There is no better way to scar a young child than the concept of living creatures 8eing wiped entirely from existence 8y a 8utton press. This got worse when I had a fake game that reset itself every few days. I kept trying to trade the pokémon off, 8ut the fake game wouldn't save or trade them, so they were stuck there to 8e erased. .____.

And Missingno was just plain terrifying.

Okay- this is kind of embarrassing.
Okami- greatest game ever by the way- has one scene about halfway through with a giant dragon. When you're playing at 2 a.m. and not having slept in two days, this makes you yell loud words. This was when I was 10. So I swore at the top of my voice at 2 a.m. while playing the most chill game in the universe.
And also Metroid: Other M. That game is fun, but it has some FREAK CRAZY CRAP IN THERE. Pretty much every enemy made me jump back and yell the first time I saw it.

The only thing that really scared me in a game was the creepy blue abominations in the hospital in Resident Evil 4. They aren't that creepy from far away, but the first time I saw one I turned around and it was upclose in my face. It took up the whole TV screen and I jumped and screamed... And then it proceded to eat Leon's face off like usual XD

Redeads in Zelda OoT and MM. The first time I heard them and Link froze I panicked so hard. And it took me a while before I would attempt the Well alone. Seriously, the music is so freaky!
