bic: Mage dropped the flame, allowing it to expand the size to the height of a normal human. "Walk in, it'll just tickle."

 

"Coool...."Sora fixed his bag and walked into the fire, shuddering a bit at how weird it felt. VEL sighed. "C'mon, we should probably go get Ven... C'mon kittens. Wanna see uncle Ven?"VEL went off. The kittens stopped bothering Vanitas and started following VEL. "Thanks...you could've done that like 10 minutes ago!"Vanitas snapped.

 

Ashir followed VEL, his grip tight on her arm. "I don't want Mom to die."

The world of which Sora had walked into was gray and rusted- such a bone dry place. "This is the area of which we will survive for."

 

"Wow...."Sora was in a mix of shock and awe.

"Don't worry. Sora-chan and Mage will be fine. They're tough."VEL smiled. "Unlike the bundle of static."Vanitas sighed.

 

Mage was wearing a light combat armor, holding a lazer pistol. "Hold up, I hear something. Far away." She pulled out a 9mm pistol with a modded scope on it. Aiming out into this wasteland, she fired a few bullets. "Heads up, big RadScorpion. Angry little f*cker."

 

OOC:....*quickly goes to YouTube*XD;
BIC:Sora nearly jumped. "Oh boy..."he could feel movement in his bag. "Huh?"He opened up his bag to see Yuki and Tenshi were still inside and were now wide awake. Sora squeaked. Oops...

 

"Come and get me you idiots!" Riku snarled as he shot at a couple of Deathclaws who he had managed to track down. Somehow he had ended up back in the Mojave Desert, low on bottle caps and Stimpaks, and with the renewed chance of finding his killers. On his path, he had come across Boone and was assisting him in his sorrows. After hearing about his wife being sold into slavery, Riku chose to investigate further. He had found the woman who had sold the wife by locating a documentation of the transaction. Boone got his revenge, just like Riku knew he would had anyone sold Sora. The possibility the wife was still alive though had driven Riku to search for any clues as to where she was. This search had led him to find new locations, knowing that there were 200 in this area alone.

The Deathclaws were sorta part of the plan. After all, there was a place northeast of Freeside where they could be fought or at least bet on. You could choose Red or Blue and hope that yours would win. Last time Riku tried it, he had lost quite a few caps. Then again the whiskey hadn't helped his chances either. Man did he need a Rebound after that..

A chuckle escaped Riku as he shot one down, using V.A.T.S to finish the other one off. The Mysterious Stranger hadn't shown up again. What a drag. Riku collected what he wanted from the Deathclaws and looked down at his Pip Boy, wishing it could reveal a way to see Sora again.

With a sigh, he traveled to Goodsprings for a drink.

 

"I knew I forgot something..."Sora looked at Yuki and Tenshi. Suddenly he saw the RadScorpion getting closer. "Yipe!"Sora panicked, spotting a nearby town. He closed the bag to protect Yuki and Tenshi and made a run for the town. "bad giant scorpion!"he yelled.

OOC: pffft.XD

 

Mage shot lazers, at some point the RadScorpion reduced to ashes. "Crap, I remember. Sora, let's find a town. I'll see if they're any unmutated grub." She pressed a few buttons on her PipBoy, grinning. She heard silence, then turned to see Sora running. "Wonderful! Goodsprings! We can stock up there!" She ran by the brunette, sniping obstacles with her modded 9mm handgun with scope.

 

Riku glanced at Boone as the two men sat by each other, Freeside far behind them. They were at the saloon at Goodsprings, chatting with the bartender.

"So still searching for those men?"

Riku nodded, "Yeah but that's just a side quest for me. I want to be reunited with Sora. He's all I ever think about really. Heh, I can imagine him running across the Mojave desert, trying to avoid all the mutated b*st*rds we come across every day."

"Not that strong is he?"

"No, he's amazingly strong. But al he ever had was a sword, guns are foreign to him. For me as well but once you get used to dark powers, guns are pretty much the same except you can shoot 'em off with a clear head."

"Ah I see. Is your lover in these parts?"

"I hope not. I hope Sora's safely at home. Being here, Sora would be in too much danger and our kids should have their mother at least. Nah, I'm sure he's over there. I'm just looking for a way to get to him, through a portal or something. I'm thinking of going to Helios One and seeing if they got anything."

"Well good luck. Hope you find him."

"Thank you," Riku said as the he took anther long sip of the vodka.
