There's probably something wrong with my PlayStation 2...

    When I'm playing Kingdom Hearts II, the cut-scenes don't exactly play like they use to. For example, a cut-scene that usually lasts for about 3 minutes, last 10 minutes because of some screens won't continue. Does it have something to do with my Playstation 2?

    Does it happen in any other games?

    Three of my games (FFX, Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank 3) have similar problems, I think it's probably the games and not the ps2, since so many other games work perfectly. But I'd like to see some help for this too -.-

    How exactly does it take longer? I don't really understand what you mean. Is it that there are long pauses once the cutscenes end/begin?

    It sounds like either the game or the system has been used a lot. You should test other games, to see if you have similar problems. If you do, it's probably your PlayStation 2. If not, you may want to clean/buy another copy of Kingdom Hearts II.

    Yep, that's the problem. I tried cleaning my PlayStation 2, but it doesn't really help...

    Are there large scratches on the disc? Is it dusty? Try cleaning it with toothpaste, if that's the case. If not, your PS2 might just be dusty on the inside. Try looking up on Google how to clean your PS2.​
