There was this Webcomic

that I was reading and it was really cool and I think Anonymous was in it and it was anti-censorship and the main character had this cool silver hair and did I say it was really cool? Anyway I forgot the name and the name of whoever wrote it and SOMEONE HELP ME

Could you mean Fisheye Placebo, by yuumei? If so, the silver haired guy isn't the main character.
