Yeah, you have a point : D
Like everyone in the org except Xemnas seems to have emotions ^^

 

They don't have hearts. Just emotions which was supposed to be stated in the game, but instead because of the lip movement matching they couldn't get the words right. For example Roxas says, "No one would miss me. He actually said.
"No one would be sad." Axel says "I would be sad."

without that being there people now assume that since they don't have hearts therefore no emotions. I guess Square Enix didn't think it was a big deal and let other people instead speculate.

 

Actually for me it was more so the fact that Yen-Sid says they don't have emotions because they don't have hearts.

 

It's a good theory, but how come in the trailers for KH 358/2 days, Axel says that he and Namine have no hearts, but Roxas does? I think that Roxas might not be a nobody, or because he's Sora's nobody he's more special (besides the fact that he has keyblades).
