When I go to think about anything. If it's physical the exact opposite for me. My 15-minute mile feels like 2 hours (yes I'm a horribly slow runner). In both cases music helps though…

I'm in the zone when ever I'm not working or listing to music but mainly when I'm reading anything, it's then when I'm truly in the zone.

I actually find myself in the zone too often. I can't tell you how many times I've been late or completely missed something because I lost track of time working on something.

When I'm playing on my guitar in a quiet place, playing some songs, and also when I'm playing football (not American football) or Cricket with my friends, I'm a good bowler as well, the zone is awesome.

Well, for getting work done, when I'm on a short time limit (as in 4 pages of math due tomorrow, nothing started, almost 10pm) It's like, the only time I can really get stuff done, never in class, to many distractions.

Also when I'm reading, hours can pass and I won't notice till someone comes to take my book away.

Music never really helps unless it has no lyrics.

Uhh..let's see... watching the stars also get's me in "the zone"

Then there's these times I just randomly stare at nothing, and don't really notice anything....but I don't really think when that happened either
