    Where would it be in theme? It's not like there are decks that increase the chances of the opponent activating an effect that would make them discard.

    Also, it's not like set five and pass is unbeatable with a five card hand.

    Anti-Dark World deck. Or anti before banlist dragon ruler deck. Also Gravekeepers.
    It's not unbeatable, but almost impossible. But one with enough determination can do it.

    Not in a way that doesn't cost cards, and once you spend one face-down you're down to four face-downs against a 5 card hand of someone who can't summon. In other words: To prevent the opponent from ever playing Dodger Dragon you lose the setup that forces your opponent to use Dodger Dragon.

    One time I went to DC and I bought a drink and I turned around for a second and it was gone and this girl was walking away from it. I was like wtf
    And one time in Germany I ordered a burger and i went to use the restroom and came back and it was gone. In Texas, You can leave a whole meal in the middle of a crowded mall and no one will touch it until they have to clean the mall smh
