If the pattern continues, Synchro is awful, Xyz is half bad but not as bad as Synchro and Fusion will redeem the show. Just like the previous shows it's trying to copy.

Well, we know one thing. It probably won't get worse than Xyz arc. Synchro arc was disappointing, but it was the Xyz/Aster meats Egao arc that is the biggest low for now.

 

For me, Synchro was worst. That was an unending suffering. Xyz was, like we say in my country, "only one pain".

 

At least it doesn't have a group of trained soldiers/students that have advantage over enemy giving up and almost literally say 'screw it, we're all egao now', just because one guy got beaten.

 

Yeah, the only antagonist from Xyz is Crow 2.0.

They should have brought back Mr. Heartland if they wanted an antagonist so badly. Kaito a good boy in ZEXAL, even as a villain.

 

Heartland... would certainly be interesting choice. Maybe not as a villain, but as secondary for Kaito. They could have a really interesting dynamic going on together. Maybe not evil guy henchman/evil guy henchman henchman dynamic they have in ZXL, but they could have even more interesting dynamic in AV. Maybe shady school director gone vengeance/star student that is still there because reasons also gone vengeance thing would work. It certainly would be more interesting that his current relation with jailbait.

 

You are right. Maybe I should add that to that fix fic I would make.

 

If you want, go ahead. But you know who I hope that comes back, even if it would make little to no sense to bring out another ZXL cameo. Chronos, because 'muh ancient gear golems' (yes, its a bad reason, but I would like to see the old Ancient Gear's boss monster in action again).

Also, the thread seems to be a bit more lively lately anyway ^-^ honestly though, it's not like the addition of one person is going to change things. You would know Yugioh's been dead if you've paid attention to the news lately anyway.

 

This thread needs its RPs. Too bad I'm too busy to RP now.

 

The point is, there won't be many people on the internets that are going to be interested to come here when the game itself is dead. An RP would require a lot more life force than what we can supply.
