Kaito still deserved a "companion". Every other show got two cameos, why does he have to solo ARC-V?

Many wanted Shark, some wanted Arclights and I honestly wanted our honest-to-badness troll back. I'm still peeved that they didn't show how the Barians would be as good guys.

I would have loved to see them back even if they were AU non-alien versions.

There would be a slight problem with including any of the Barians, as they try to at least keep some bigger traits of characters. Big point of Barians were the fact that they were reincarnations of figures of the past. Problem, without Astral/D1000 shenanigans, there is no reason for them to be alive in future of their dimensions in the first place. Arclights could be the ones that would make a sense to be there.

But anyway, there is a second Zexal cameo, only we never seen that character on screen.

Kaiba is almost confirmed to appear.

Also, Dennis is an idiot. Rest in card, imbecile. Even if he wasn't truly carded, he might as well be in some other episode.

Denis is confirmed to be in next episode and lose to Kaito (c'mon its Kaito).

I still hate Dennis for replacing Sora. Sora was fine and better imo.

 

He didn't replaced Sora. If you think about it, Sora was a obvious target for changing sides.

EDIT: Dennis is absolutely redeemed for everything he ever did bad to the series. He carded himself, that absolute madman.

 

I meant, replacing him rolewise. Dennis was essentially Sora but even more painfully obvious that he was gonna vector the cast.

Also, redeemed my butt. Suicide is the coward's way. If you feel guilty, you should do something about it, not escape.

 

If you really think about it, Sora never Vectored the cast. Sure, he switched sides, but his change of colours wasn't nearly strong enough to get to the level of Vectoring. Bennis did managed to Vector the **** out of oblivious characters, but that's about it. I still wait for a big reveal of Gongenzaka being the pawn of fusion.

Bennis is an hero now.

 

Yup, Sora never fell to Vector's level of evil but he did descend to his level of scary.

Nah, Gon is buff Tetsuo. Not bad we didn't get a pseudo-gay version of Tetsuo versus Merag with Gon and Dennis.

Dennis can get his card dropped in GX!Academia's volcano for all I care.

 

Well lets focus on the positives! Soon it will be over and there is a small chance that some talented fanficfag will reconstruct the whole thing and make it better.

I wish that there were more GX cameos to make up the disaster that the Kaito arc was. No Xyz arc, Kaito has started to hog spotlight like Crow used to.

 

Right now he switched with Shun, so yeah, he takes too much spotlight. I hope that Aster and Asuka do anything useful in grand image, because right now their appearance is close to meaningless.

 

In my opinion, they should have brought back another character. I guess V or IV would be the only ones who make sense. V because Kaito and IV because same seiyuu thing.

 

In my opinion whole 'lets bring back old characters' thing was a bad call.

 

Demoting Sora to a non-entity in the Synchro arc was the mistake. He is the only one who keeps ARc-V. This is practically fact.

 

Not really. But he was (and still is) an interesting character that they could gain so much more from using if the show was structured in better way.

 

The writers are trying to make this Decade without caring that the reason why Decade worked in the first place was because it had no plot.

 

Well, at least they can still get something rolling from it, despite that terrible Xyz arc.
