Lord of the Red

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Red-Eyes Transmigration". Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card or effect isactivated, except "Lord of the Red": You can target 1 monster on thefield; destroy it. Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated, except "Lord of the Red": You can target 1Spell/Trap Card on the field; destroy it.

Kind of a dumb card though..

 

May be relevant in Red-Eyes deck, as its a once per turn free destruction of a monster and spell/trap. I like it so far.

 

You -2 your opponent once per turn during either player's turn.. I call OP. You don't even have to use both effects at once. You don't even have to use your own card effects. You can chain to effect veiler and still -1 the opponent if they have the other card type.

There is a confirmed Ritual Dimension?! This is very important since it might influence whether Yugi takes part in my Summoning War fanfic or not.

Shisho Makoto, Successor of The Battousai - only 2 tributes for monster that can inflict over 5000 damage to your opponent easily
Soujiro Seta, The Tenken - can be Summoned by having monster that is not that hard to get out, can attack twice, and have "Ancient Gear" effect. Downsides with this cards almost don't exist
Aoshi Shinomori, Master of the Oniwabanshu - its a monster that can inflict 5200 damage per turn and protect you from taking battle damage from battles involving this card, with no downside
Battousai the Manslayer - can be special summoned by getting rid of 2100 ATK twice attacking monster after it already attacked and it itself can attack twice with 2900 ATK, inflicts piercing damage to your opponent and can negate one attack, by destroying the attacking monster and making your opponent take 1500 damage. We would have to play format with 100000 starting life points for this card not being OP
Seijuro Hiko, Master of The Hiten Mitsurugi - oh boy. 2 tributes for 3500 ATK beater that can attack all monsters, inflict piercing damage, negates the effect of the opposing monster and iz "Ancient Gear", with no downside.
Tsui no Hiken: Kaguzuchi - Yeah, card that can destroy all cards your opponent controls is fair, Your opponent taking damage for that is fair too. And its probably a quick-play, so even more nope.
Amakaeru Ryu no Hirameki!!! - it prevents attack by destroying opponent monster, inflicts damage to your opponent and can be activated from hand.
Instinct of The Manslayer - a quick-play that allows you to special summon 2900 ATK monster after your 2100 ATK monster attacked twice to clear the board, with no cost and not even form your hand, but also from your deck.

Are you fuсking shіtting me? Kenshin can't even hurt the opponent...How is he broken?

 

he's a level 4 that has 2100 atk and can attack twice. it makes summoned skull look bad.

Edit: also, he has utopia effect once per turn.

 

Still he can't even hurt the opponent...So he's pretty useless...

 

He is used to clear field for OTK and blocks attacks. that for a level 4 is OP. You need 2 level 4s for utopia and utopia, while he does have 400 more atk, cannot attack twice..

 

That does it....I give up...Yakumo is never gonna be pleased with my customs...I'm giving up trying to get them accepted by him...
