Most of them are reliant on staying on the field. All of those are worthless. Miracle Fertilizer isn't bad. Lonefire is really good. Aside from that.. I guess the gigavise combo is strong.. And everything else is bad.

 

I assumed that already actually. Good choice.

Well the Plant Princesses will be really helpful to her at least.

And she should definitely use these:

 

Talaya actually is useful, I had forgotten that. But the rest are all too vulnerable to card destruction, and once the back row is clear Talaya can be run over with ease.

 

The same can be said about most of my cards too. But I proved that those were not useless. Just because a card can be offed by something like Raigeki, Dark Hole or Smashing Ground etc. doesn't mean it's bad. =P

 

All the cards are fine, SirFred. Sides, it's been a really long time since I have dueled. The usage of the cards are based on the person who uses them.

I really just showed her those cards because adding them will make her deck better. Which is true. All of those cards I just posted have great combo potential. For example Double Summon, then Rose Witch, and then boom tribute Rose Witch for one of those higher leveled plant monsters I showed.[DOUBLEPOST=1403027474][/DOUBLEPOST]Well I also showed her those cards because she's my friend and I wanted to help her.

 

That's a three card combo that trades with one card at best. In a game entirely about card advantage, as Non-random is, that's really really bad.

 

WhiteRose-Aki would like to pint out she doesn't play Yu-Gi-Oh! that much so any cards she was recommended is a big help for her and helps her think up new strategies, as for Haou, I think we might want to restrict his access to Synchros, Haou was known for Destructive Fusions in the show and that made him truly terrifying for the time he actually appeared.

But before you say 'So? You use T.G. Hyper Liberian in your duels' and I have a good reason or this, Yusei plays around with the Synchro Archetype, only time he doesn't is for Draco-Equiste through Miracle Synchro Fusion.

Star Eater I also recommend being Limited to 1 due it's effect of not allowing you activate effects when it's Summoned.

OOC: Oh yeah, About that, I thought that everyone had heard but the theme rule isn't as strict as it used to be anymore. All it means now is don't just use random cards. For example imagine how unfair it would be if every deck were to run the Heralds of Light. That's a pretty good reason to have that rule right? Staple cards are still allowed. And besides using certain cards in certain decks wouldn't work in real life anyway. Therefore it shouldn't be allowed to use them that way in the arena just cuz you can make them work there.

EDIT: Don't worry though. I plan on sticking very closely to his theme. For example I figured he should have alot of fiend and rock type monsters as support for Dark Gaia. I thought Caius would be a great choice for him. Since his whole deck was never revealed in the anime I improvised.

These cards will still help improve her deck though. That's really the point of them.

 

There's no problem with Star Eater. You have a chance to react to its materials being summoned and you have a chance to activate things before your opponent goes to BP.[DOUBLEPOST=1403036092][/DOUBLEPOST]

It would be better to set three face-downs than to use that combo.

 

OOC: Also Star Eater would be a great card for Jack Atlas. I can totally picture him using that card.

Stardust is allowed to use that shooting whatever dragon and that quasar dragon! Not fair! DX
