Not bad. But their errata needs changing. No card says "When played" lol. Unless they've changed something again that I was not aware of during my absence. I only looked at the Drive Forms so far. Might look at the rest later.

It's times like this when I sorta have regrets about giving up Dueling...At least in here...

In other news did you guys know that there's now yet another new Yugioh series? And it's even got yet another new kind of monsters too. They're called "Pendulum Monsters". And I hear they're gonna be super broken.

 

Basically, if you play the right pendulum monsters you can special summon every monster that isn't (semi-)Nomi from your hand for free. Including pendulum monsters. And when pendulum monsters die they go to the extra deck so you can summon them for free again.

 

..............................That is freaking insane...

I swear sometimes I think Konami must be deliberately TRYING to get people to quit playing this game...

And just so you guys know, Reason I gave up playing Yugioh was not only because of the banlist changes and new cards and me being such a crappy Duelist but here's another thing, For a long time I had just been trying to see the best in the game and believe that it was about skill because of how the anime made it look that way. But I soon realized that it's really just about luck. Sometimes it doesn't even matter who the better player is because someone could just win all because of a lucky draw. You never know who might win. It could always go either way. This game only allows the player with the better luck to win. And to me that is completely unfair.

 

My statistics show that skill is involved in yugioh.. just half of it is building the deck. from the duels I've done with Fred, I can say that whenever someone uses a new deck and is still learning the tricks behind it, or if they're facing a new deck and are still getting used to fighting it, they have lower chances of winning. this clearly shows that skill is indeed involved in it. and not just sometimes. losing 2 or more duels every 3 duels consistently means something. I've even tried super luck reliant decks against his decent ones, and the chances of me even getting the hand to pull off the combo was 1 out of 100. chances of me actually winning with said combo.. less than .1%

Edit: and let's not forget that famous quote.. "you have better chances of drawing all 5 pieces of exodia."
which is true unless you think people can consistently pull off all 5 pieces of exodia in a non-exodia deck (draw spam deck) two duels in a row. (which is usually what you do in tournaments. you do matches, not single duels.)

I am aware that some skill is involved. A good player WILL beat a bad one most of the time. But it could still always go either way. You never know for sure which player will win.

Alright first of all:

@Toon-Girl-Abby: I'm gonna assume you looked back and saw some of my previous arguments with people and whatnot so please allow me to clarify. Alright look, I'm not mean, I'm actually quite nice once you get to know me. The thing is I just get really irritated when I know that I'm right and then people get stubborn with me about it. I admit that's something I need to work on. I also get frustrated when people don't know rulings that should be obvious. But if they're new to the game then I completely understand. And yes, I DO get mad pretty easily. I admit that too. But I'm different now. I've come a pretty long way. By that I mean I'm a bit more mature now so to speak. So I don't get mad as easily anymore. Please keep in mind that at least some of those posts you saw were from years ago. So I was not as mature back then. Also I've gotten therapy lately with my psychologist and with a good irl friend. However, I'm retired now so I am sorry to disappoint you if you wanted me to be your opponent.

You know what, I admire you. The reason I asked for Misa Amane for any RP it's because people started comparing you with Light Yagami. I am kinda similar to Misa in that I have been stalking you (just in this website, and no, I haven't gone to see your profile) and gushing and admiring you from the shadows. I feel bad for the stalking though. Oh, and because any noob move I make could be attributed to Misa's own ditziness.
