Well, he is the rival for the Player Character in Gold/Silver/Crystal/HeartGold/SoulSilver. Though Blue/Green/Gary (the anime version) is more like Chazz in my opinion.

A large bang was heard from a nearby cliff as a figure appeared from a cloud of dust caused by the blast. He was tall, and dressed in a black suit. His face was covered, and on his right arm, he had a black Duel Disk.
He had arrived just in time to see Jaden challenge the red-haired weasel Silver. He chuckled, but the noise came out as grating disc over metal. He kneeled on the edge of the cliff.
"How interesting." He murmured with a hint of amusement. "Two boys fighting over one mere card, even if its value is flawed? This should be entertaining. Perhaps I'll be able to get a bit of data from this, if it gets good."
He dropped his legs over the cliff, swinging them back and forth like a child, falling silent.

OOC: Ok guys, my characters here. After you guys have a duel, I'll present my challenge.

 

OOC: But now, seriously, what character you are using? Who is that person?

OOC: Well, tecnically, we could have it so Silver wins and keeps the card if I had the skill. But for the best of this plot would be to Silver to return the card, as him winning would just drag this story.

You getting back Winged Hairball is not a happy ending. After all its not even close to ending. Plus this setup of RP won't allow any endings.

 

Having Silver win here would just allow for him to walk away disinterestedly throwing a line about how Winged Kuriboh was so weak it wasn't even worth the effort to get rid of, and then you to have a small side plot to get back Winged Kuriboh.
